About: This large and secluded property holds 75 years of memories for the owners' family. Once operated as a prosperous working farm, it was sold to the current owners (a grandchild) in 1975. From 1975-2006, the owners rented the property to Vermonters while they resided and worked in Ontario, Canada. Now in retirement, the owners have decided to make the home come alive again and have completely updated and refurbished the interior and exterior. Operating both as a family retreat and as a rental for others, the property is finally getting the attention it deserves.
