  Our group of four 55+ ladies really had a great time at this beautiful condo at Folly Beach. It gave us perfect access to Historic Charleston and surrounding area AND the BEACH! One of out favorite things on this trip was sitting on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee and talking while having a wonderful ocean view. Would definitely recommend this beautiful and well maintained home!

  This was our first time in Folly Beach. My sister came to visit from Ohio so we planned a few days. Upon our arrival, we were stunned at the furnishings and cleanliness of the condo. It was so well appointed that it felt like we were in a grand hotel - nothing has been overlooked! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, is very spacious and again, the quality of the furnishings are well beyond standard. We have used VRBO before and have stayed in many places. Most, from our experience, feel like you're staying in someone's elses place, but this condo feels like home, a very very tasteful upscale home. The owner was wonderful to work with and we received our deposit back within a short time. I would definitely return to Folly if I could stay in this gorgeous place. It is on the 3rd floor, which proved no challenge to most of our party, but there is an elevator for the weary, Thanks for attention to detail!

  My family and I had a great time at Folly Beach. The property was clean and well maintained. My questions about rental were quickly answered and I will recommend this condo to friends. I have stayed at several of the beaches along the Atlantic and Folly has become my favorite. I loved its location, so close to Charleston. I will visit Folly again.

  I would recommend this condo to anyone! Very spacious and very convenient to restaurants and the beach. We had 7 people in the condo and never felt crowded. Perfect place to stay for girls weekend!

  Our group of six adults and one baby thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's condo. From the moment we stepped through the front door and opened the blinds, we were hooked by the beautiful view of the beach and pier. The unit was furnished with everything we could have possibly needed. We loved the fact that there were so many restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance. We are already talking about a return trip in the near future!

  This was a great condo! Very roomy, the bedding was very comfortable, the furnishings were also very nice. You were provided with beach towels and all kitchen supplies needed. It was just across the road from the beach, but walkway to the beach was directly across the road so no difference from the beachfront condo's. I would definately stay here again!

  We enjoyed our stay at FB!!! Condo is very nicely decorated and cozy. Balcony overlooking the beach and pier is very relaxing for Happy Hour. We will be back next summer but hopefully before then. Thanks again.

  My sister-in-laws and I spent a girls weekend at this beautiful condo. The views of the pier and beach from the balcony are absolutely amazing. The condo is very well equipped and is within walking distance to good resturants. We will definitely be returning to Lisa's condo.

  Folly Beach and Lisa's condo were perfect for our annual college reunion weekend. The place was well kept, had lots of space, and all the amenities we could possibly need. We loved having the view of the beach and the pier and having access to the beach across the street! Charleston was a quick drive away with easy access to downtown and the airport- reserved parking was great!

  We stayed here Labor Day weekend and it was wonderful! The condo is across the street from the beach but you feel like you are ocean front, the nice thing was you could also sit on the deck and see activity on the street and see the beach all at the same time. My husband and I went and took our kids and some of their friends and we all had a great time. There was something to do for everyone and all within walking distance. I can't say anything bad about this place, the furnishings were great and the kitchen had everything you could think of, felt like you were at home. Each bedroom had a bathroom and we all had plenty of room. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us, we will definately be back to enjoy Folly Beach again!
