  We want to Thank Robin and Kay for allowing us to experience a wonderful, restful vacation in their beautiful beach house. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities a person could want. The owners were very accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. This was our first time to Holden Beach, and really enjoyed the beach and exploring the area around there. I would recommend this property to friends or family I know coming down that way, Thanks Again, Ed and Mary

  What an enjoyable mini vacation! Loved the three-day special! The beach house is so comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated, and the owners have provided everything that guests might need while vacationing. It was a definite plus having the linens and towels provided. It was so handy having all the light switches marked (there are many)---we didn't have to guess and try.When the temperatures cooled down in the evenings, we really enjoyed the cozy fireplace. We especially liked the ocean views from inside the house and out on the front decks. We also had a view of the intercoastal waterway from the back deck. It was really convenient that the ocean access was just across the street, and we walked the beach everyday. And best of all, the beach house is pet friendly.

  The house was beautiful and I loved the location - can't beat sitting in the kitchen looking out at the ocean! So relaxing! The weather was on the cool side which was fine with us. The view is georgeous, we were able to relax, play board games, and sit by the fire visiting with family. We also took several walks on the beach. A wonderful long weekend for a great price. The kitchen and whole house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Sheets and towels were provided which was awesome. It was so comfortable and clean! We enjoyed Captain Pete's Restaurant. We'd love to come back to this house and would recommend it to others. Thanks!

  My family has vacationed at the North Carolina coast for years, but always in the summer time. We had always talked about spending time at the beach in winter. We found this property on VRBO and decided this would be the year we'd try a winter get-away. We were absolutely delighted with the accommodations, location, amenities, attention to detail, access to the beach, and its spotless cleanliness. My wife and I would highly recommend it to anyone, any time of year!. All the best!

  Robin and Kay, Sun Tan Toes is beautiful as always! The weather was fabulous and I was able to refresh and renew as planned. Property was stocked w/ all of the necessities...The fact that you guys provide the linens and towels is a HUGE bonus!! I look forward to returning for a week in the summer! I have, and will continue to recommend your place to all of my friends and family.

  we loved it...having coffee out on the porch in the am watching the sunrise and wine in the pm as the sun went down... perfect location...perfect getaway

  A group of 30-something professionals and 2 dogs headed to this vacation rental to escape the DNC in Charlotte and we absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed and was such a great place to stay for the entire week. Easy beach access, a ton of sleeping space, all the necessities, and an overall great house. We have already talked about returning next year for another week of relaxation and fun in the sun. Thank you Robin & Kay for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home and for being so pet-friendly!

  We are on our way home after a wonderful week at 10 Sun Tan Toes! The house is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. Perfect for our family of four (two being picky teenagers). They said they don't want to go to any other beaches anymore, and we agree! Easy access to the beach and ICW. Such an easy experience from start to finish, thank you Robin and Kay!

  Our last day at Holden and I am sitting in the beautiful sunroom,sipping a glass of wine and smiling at all the memories made this week! This house is phenominal! The written description does not do it justice! This is our 4th year at Holden and 10 Sun Tan Toes has been THE BEST! Robin and Kay have gone above and beyond when stocking and decorating this house! I consider myself a neat freak and always come supplied with Lysol wipes....NEVER used them! Besides my children and grandbabies our 14 yr. old Bichon Frise Abby was allowed to come with us. She curled up in front of the fireplace and slept for 6 days! Thanks for a beautiful pet and kid friendly home! We will be back!!!
