The Seaspray is a family oriented, gated condominium on the Gulf. Beaches with sand as white as snow and Emerald green waters. This is the 'Emerald Coast' To the east of Seaspray is 5 miles of National Seashore with sugar white sand dunes leading up to Destin.
Condo has a gas grill on the patio and also beachside there is a picnic area with charcoal grills and an activity playground for the young. A daily towel exchange is available and a laundry room on site, also a gym and sauna room.
Seaspray has a private beach and a large grassy courtyard for football, shuffleboard, baseball; you will b within a close view of your children playing. Also overlooking the beach you can play a game of horseshoes. A communitee facility is available for weddings, meetings and family gatherings.
Pier for fishing, restaurants, entertainment, Gulfarium, pontoon rentals, miniature golf and parasailing, paddleboarding, are within walking distance. Shopping outlets, golf, churches, amusement centers and horseback riding are nearby. Parking at your condo, no need for elevators.
