  We stayed in Terrell's place during February and it was one of the most beautiful places along Jaco Beach you could get. The apartment is large, spacious, well appointed, and it comfortably accommodated 5 adults in our party. The balconies had sweeping views of the ocean, coast line of Jaco Beach, the town and the mountains. The location is right in the middle of everything and pretty much anything you would need is within a couple minutes by foot. There are several really good restaurants and we never had a bad meal anywhere. The management company at the property was friendly and efficient, and it booked tours for us including zip-lining, horseback riding and a private tour to some of the expat residential communities to the south. I found Terrell to be helpful and responsive in the rental process, and we all hope to return to his place very soon! I highly recommend this vacation property if you plan on visiting Jaco Beach.

  My daughter and I, along with a few friends, just returned from a five day vacation to Jaco. We booked this condo through VRBO and hoped that it would be half as nice as the pictures portrayed. We were thrilled to see that it was exactly as represented….spacious and beautifully decorated, GREAT ocean views from almost every room in the condo, and the perfect location. Each morning the kids would wake up, grab their surfboard and jump in the ocean while we sat on the balcony watching them surf while drinking a cup of coffee. Evenings were more of the same except we traded the coffee for a cocktail. Restaurants and shops were right at our fingertips. The owner, Terrell, was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the rental process and the property manager was friendly and available to make any necessary arrangements we needed (transportation to/from airport and a day trip to the Tortugas). I am not exaggerating when I say it could not have been any more enjoyable. I am already planning my next trip back and would never consider staying anywhere else.

  What an incredible spot! Owner was so easy to work with, providing prompt, helpful information. The place exceeded our high expectations, set by nice photos! Condo was pristine, spacious with spectacular views from multiple balconies. The location is wonderful; high up for privacy, while offering the great views, ocean sounds and people watching. Just a block from lots of cute shops and great restaurants! The locals are very nice and helpful; great food, service and activities! The property management company is great; arranged everything for us. The food was delicious- not a single disappointing meal. So many cool activities- we took surfing lessons, went zip-lining and white water rafting. We saw lots of exotic wildlife; even hand-fed wild, white-faced monkeys on a tour. This place just became our family favorite! What a perfect loaction to ring in the new year- fireworks and music all around. We will definitely be going back, as soon as possible!

  This condo was located in a great spot and the 7th floor provides great views of the entire city. The pictures are accurate and Terrell (the owner) makes the renting process smooth and easy. I plan on returning to Jaco in the near future and plan on re-renting this condo. -Cheers, D.

  My family of 4 (2 teens) stayed at this lovely property for nine days. The owners were accessible and extremely helpful prior to our visit.We hope we can meet them someday. We thoroughly enjoyed the local attractions, and also used the property as a base for further exploration of the country. The condo was immaculate on our arrival. The views spectacular and the sea breezes invigorating. All of the on site personnel were friendly, courteous, and very helpful with all of our requests. We all wish to return to Costa Rica sometime in the future and we hope we can once again rent this beautiful property.

  Just returned from long week at Jaco and this wonderful 7th floor condo. Crashing waves, beautiful sunsets. Close to everything. Walked to dinner every night. The condo is new and modern. A little sparsely provided, but all the basics. Would certainly recommend it. The price is right as well.

  Property is exactly as described - modern decor, clean and the view, WOW!! The condo is a good size and I love the glass doors off of the dining and living areas. They allow for great natural light and a spectacular view regardless of which direction you are looking. The ocean provided a lot of entertainment while sitting on the spacious balcony. Each morning we would sit and have our coffee and watch the surfers, the fishermen, the waves and the walkers. Each evening we would sit and have a cocktail and watch the same but with a beautiful sunset thrown in. The short walk to the uptown of Jaco ended in a buffet of dining choices. We tried several different restaurants during our 10 day stay and were not once disappointed in our meals. From Wahoos, The Lemon Zest, Graffiti, Bubbas on the beach to Jaco Taco and more, everything was great! The liquor stores was also a short walk from the condo for restocking beverages and wine, a great little convenience store located across the main street of Jaco provided most of the provisions we needed to top up during our stay. This was an awesome vacation - ten days was almost not enough to completely enjoy the ambiance of the condo and everything the Jaco Beach location had to offer. We will definitely consider returning for a repeat vacation. Thanks Terrell! Totally enjoyed

  We had three couples enjoying this unit for two wonderful weeks Everything that was represented to us before booking our vacation was spot on. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom was large with its' own bathroom and shower. Plus there was a half-bath that came in very handy. Although we didn't eat our meals there, the kitchen was fully supplied with any need appliances The beach front balcony was a great place for our morning coffee and generally for viewing the things that we don't see in the winter up here in the north country. We've stayed in many locations and condos over the years and we surely recommend staying here, We'll be back!!

  We went to this condominium in Jaco Beach Costa Rica for 6 nights (from August 17-23, 2011). We flew into San Jose and because we had a baby with us, we stayed in San Jose the first night. We rented a car there and drove the next day to Jaco. There is a new highway recently completed (we were told) that made the trip easier there. The condo is just like the pictures, beautiful with spacious bedrooms and a granite countered kitchen. There is even a hairdryer in the master bath, so you don't need to bring one from home. The dining/living room is large and open and you over-look the water just like we thought with panoramic views of the ocean. There are large balconies off the living room and all bedrooms which you can use to watch the surfers and swimmers. Our son loves to surf so this was the best of all worlds for him. He was going to bring his surfboard from home but when he found out the $150 charge each way by the airline (plus carrying it in the car with all of us), he decided to rent. The pool is large and curved with fountains and great for kids. There is a guard at the fenced parking lot right in front of the condo building so your rental car is safe 24/7 and also one posted at the pool. The entire property is fenced which is quite common in Costa Rica. Dealing with the owner was extremely easy and we will certainly recommend this property to all of our friends. The office managers were very helpful in giving us information on excursions and after comparing prices with those companies "in town", we found that their prices were as good or better than any. This was a wonderful way for us to spend our family vacation.

  Our family rented this well appointed condo early in March 2011. From the balcony we could watch our nephew(this was his college graduation trip from us), surf right in front of the complex. Our daughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spending hours working on their tan. The pool was not crowded, various age groups, with plenty of lounge chairs. My wife enjoyed the shaded balcony, where she could watch beautiful sunsets. I caught my first snook ever, right behinid the condo in the surf. We never even rented a car, we could walk to excellent restaurants, the grocery stores, and shops, all a short walk. Even though it did not seem necessary, the security at the front gate and poolside, made us comfortable, even if our girls were out by themselves. ie; the condo was well done and very comfortable, the views were super, the location was central to Jaco, gorgeous sunsets, great fishing and surfing, excellent local food.
