    We stayed for 4 nights and this place is absolutely beautiful- we wish we would have stayed longer!! The location is perfect- you are able to walk everywhere! The pictures and description are exactly as stated and the management is extremely helpful for tours, late checkout, etc. I definitely recommend staying here and Terrell makes the process very easy and convenient. The place is also secured with 24 hour security guards making it very safe and enjoyable! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation with the amazing condo, activities offered in the area and the extremely nice people of Costa Rica!! We loved it!

    The condo has an outstanding view. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. Close to all services, restaurants, bars, etc. I already recommended Terrell's condo to friends and family and I will repeat the experience again. Thanks Terrell for your help and recommendations prior to the trip. You own a little piece of heaven on earth!!

    We stayed in Terrell's place during February and it was one of the most beautiful places along Jaco Beach you could get. The apartment is large, spacious, well appointed, and it comfortably accommodated 5 adults in our party. The balconies had sweeping views of the ocean, coast line of Jaco Beach, the town and the mountains. The location is right in the middle of everything and pretty much anything you would need is within a couple minutes by foot. There are several really good restaurants and we never had a bad meal anywhere. The management company at the property was friendly and efficient, and it booked tours for us including zip-lining, horseback riding and a private tour to some of the expat residential communities to the south. I found Terrell to be helpful and responsive in the rental process, and we all hope to return to his place very soon! I highly recommend this vacation property if you plan on visiting Jaco Beach.

    My daughter and I, along with a few friends, just returned from a five day vacation to Jaco. We booked this condo through VRBO and hoped that it would be half as nice as the pictures portrayed. We were thrilled to see that it was exactly as represented….spacious and beautifully decorated, GREAT ocean views from almost every room in the condo, and the perfect location. Each morning the kids would wake up, grab their surfboard and jump in the ocean while we sat on the balcony watching them surf while drinking a cup of coffee. Evenings were more of the same except we traded the coffee for a cocktail. Restaurants and shops were right at our fingertips. The owner, Terrell, was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the rental process and the property manager was friendly and available to make any necessary arrangements we needed (transportation to/from airport and a day trip to the Tortugas). I am not exaggerating when I say it could not have been any more enjoyable. I am already planning my next trip back and would never consider staying anywhere else.

    What an incredible spot! Owner was so easy to work with, providing prompt, helpful information. The place exceeded our high expectations, set by nice photos! Condo was pristine, spacious with spectacular views from multiple balconies. The location is wonderful; high up for privacy, while offering the great views, ocean sounds and people watching. Just a block from lots of cute shops and great restaurants! The locals are very nice and helpful; great food, service and activities! The property management company is great; arranged everything for us. The food was delicious- not a single disappointing meal. So many cool activities- we took surfing lessons, went zip-lining and white water rafting. We saw lots of exotic wildlife; even hand-fed wild, white-faced monkeys on a tour. This place just became our family favorite! What a perfect loaction to ring in the new year- fireworks and music all around. We will definitely be going back, as soon as possible!

    This condo was located in a great spot and the 7th floor provides great views of the entire city. The pictures are accurate and Terrell (the owner) makes the renting process smooth and easy. I plan on returning to Jaco in the near future and plan on re-renting this condo. -Cheers, D.

    Just returned from long week at Jaco and this wonderful 7th floor condo. Crashing waves, beautiful sunsets. Close to everything. Walked to dinner every night. The condo is new and modern. A little sparsely provided, but all the basics. Would certainly recommend it. The price is right as well.

    Property is exactly as described - modern decor, clean and the view, WOW!! The condo is a good size and I love the glass doors off of the dining and living areas. They allow for great natural light and a spectacular view regardless of which direction you are looking. The ocean provided a lot of entertainment while sitting on the spacious balcony. Each morning we would sit and have our coffee and watch the surfers, the fishermen, the waves and the walkers. Each evening we would sit and have a cocktail and watch the same but with a beautiful sunset thrown in. The short walk to the uptown of Jaco ended in a buffet of dining choices. We tried several different restaurants during our 10 day stay and were not once disappointed in our meals. From Wahoos, The Lemon Zest, Graffiti, Bubbas on the beach to Jaco Taco and more, everything was great! The liquor stores was also a short walk from the condo for restocking beverages and wine, a great little convenience store located across the main street of Jaco provided most of the provisions we needed to top up during our stay. This was an awesome vacation - ten days was almost not enough to completely enjoy the ambiance of the condo and everything the Jaco Beach location had to offer. We will definitely consider returning for a repeat vacation. Thanks Terrell! Totally enjoyed

    We had three couples enjoying this unit for two wonderful weeks Everything that was represented to us before booking our vacation was spot on. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom was large with its' own bathroom and shower. Plus there was a half-bath that came in very handy. Although we didn't eat our meals there, the kitchen was fully supplied with any need appliances The beach front balcony was a great place for our morning coffee and generally for viewing the things that we don't see in the winter up here in the north country. We've stayed in many locations and condos over the years and we surely recommend staying here, We'll be back!!

    We went to this condominium in Jaco Beach Costa Rica for 6 nights (from August 17-23, 2011). We flew into San Jose and because we had a baby with us, we stayed in San Jose the first night. We rented a car there and drove the next day to Jaco. There is a new highway recently completed (we were told) that made the trip easier there. The condo is just like the pictures, beautiful with spacious bedrooms and a granite countered kitchen. There is even a hairdryer in the master bath, so you don't need to bring one from home. The dining/living room is large and open and you over-look the water just like we thought with panoramic views of the ocean. There are large balconies off the living room and all bedrooms which you can use to watch the surfers and swimmers. Our son loves to surf so this was the best of all worlds for him. He was going to bring his surfboard from home but when he found out the $150 charge each way by the airline (plus carrying it in the car with all of us), he decided to rent. The pool is large and curved with fountains and great for kids. There is a guard at the fenced parking lot right in front of the condo building so your rental car is safe 24/7 and also one posted at the pool. The entire property is fenced which is quite common in Costa Rica. Dealing with the owner was extremely easy and we will certainly recommend this property to all of our friends. The office managers were very helpful in giving us information on excursions and after comparing prices with those companies "in town", we found that their prices were as good or better than any. This was a wonderful way for us to spend our family vacation.

    My family of 4 (2 teens) stayed at this lovely property for nine days. The owners were accessible and extremely helpful prior to our visit.We hope we can meet them someday. We thoroughly enjoyed the local attractions, and also used the property as a base for further exploration of the country. The condo was immaculate on our arrival. The views spectacular and the sea breezes invigorating. All of the on site personnel were friendly, courteous, and very helpful with all of our requests. We all wish to return to Costa Rica sometime in the future and we hope we can once again rent this beautiful property.

    My family stayed for the Easter week at this elegant and luxury condo, designed beautifully and thoughtfully with all the amenities that make it soooooooo comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The living-dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and terraces are spacious, brand new and well equipped. The condo is more beautiful than it shows in the pictures. Believe me! The ocean views from the terrace of the condo were magnificent. The pool is so inviting and there are grocery stores by a walking distance and many restaurants in town. All the staff was readily available and helpful. So if you are looking for a little bit of paradise....look no further! Also the renting process was really easy and safe. We recommend it highly. Best vacation ever! Be prepared you will not want to leave! Thank you!

    This condo is the best place to stay if your going to visit Jaco. Beside from being spotless on the inside, it provides all the things that you would find at your home (dishwasher, washer/dryer, dishes, cookware, etc...) The primary balcony overlooks the ocean/beach. With three bedrooms it was more than enough room for my party of four. It's located next to several eateries and within blocks of others. It's also within walking distance to blocks of stores to bring back gift for family and friends. The management office that is on the property can also answer any question you may have and they also can book your tours and transpertation. I will definantly stay here my next visit to Jaco....

    Just wanted to send you and email to tell you how much we loved your condo!!! It truly is beautiful in every way,the location, view, pool,decor, ammenities everything was top notch! The Day Star staff were all very helpful and eager to please at all times. Other owners and visitors were awesome too! The only thing for some people but definitely not me is the beach isn't the greatest for swimming because it tends to be rough but the pool is wonderful and it's fun to watch the surfers! There are great beaches near by, but I am more of a pool person so that's where I swam. It's so nice to "Get what you see", as one never really knows what to expect when going by pictures...they could be older or some aren't even real pictures! Your place was everything and more than we could have expected or wanted. I would love to be a return customer so hope you continue to keep this as a rental property! The town of Jaco is an awesome little town...lots of great restaurants and bars and little shops and even though there are a lot of locals that don't speak english they try and can always seem to get their message across or vice versa. Not once did we ever feel unsafe or in any danger and that's a nice feeling. I was a little leary before booking only because I had never been to CR before and I had heard in Jaco you needed to be careful with your possessions etc. That goes with anywhere you travel really...there is so much poverty in some of these places that of course if you leave valuables laying around unattended they just might go missing! Also if you are out in places where you shouldn't be at all hours of the night you may be putting yourself in a position to get into trouble...so it's all about being a responsible and safe traveller where ever we go! Also it was great to know that the water was safe to drink there and the restaraunts were all so good and so reasonable...I will list a couple in particular that we loved at the end of my message. You the owner were more than helpful answering all of our questions every time we emailed you and we thank you for that. Great restaurants we loved were Bohios Beach Bar - whole grilled lobster with Shrimp ceviche, veggies, potato and salad for $22 U.S., Rioasis has great pizzas cooked over a fire...two for one on Mondays! Parilla Argentina great steaks and Los Amigos best happy hour 4-7 2 for 1 drinks of all kinds! Thanks for making our vacation one to remember!!! Sorry this is all crammed together no room!

    The condo was very impressive and was more than we expected. The view was spectacular from sunrise to sunset watching the surfers. The condo staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate. The location is perfect without a car being able to walk to lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store. The owner of the condo always responded immediately to any of our questions about costa rica. The canopy tour is a must as well as Manuel Antonio Park to see all the wildlife. Excellent place for fishing. We would highly recommend this condo and would love to return. The weather was very hot and sunny.

    Our family rented this well appointed condo early in March 2011. From the balcony we could watch our nephew(this was his college graduation trip from us), surf right in front of the complex. Our daughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spending hours working on their tan. The pool was not crowded, various age groups, with plenty of lounge chairs. My wife enjoyed the shaded balcony, where she could watch beautiful sunsets. I caught my first snook ever, right behinid the condo in the surf. We never even rented a car, we could walk to excellent restaurants, the grocery stores, and shops, all a short walk. Even though it did not seem necessary, the security at the front gate and poolside, made us comfortable, even if our girls were out by themselves. ie; the condo was well done and very comfortable, the views were super, the location was central to Jaco, gorgeous sunsets, great fishing and surfing, excellent local food.     We spent 3 weeks in Jaco. The condo was exactly as it was represented. The size was large and the accomodations were very comfortable. It was right on the beach and the sunsets were awsome. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed Jaco very much. We would definately come back.

    We just returned from Costa Rica and had a fantastic time. This condo at El Diamante Del Sol was spectacular and everything we could have wanted. In fact, our jaws were on the floor as the manager checked us in and walked us through the brand-new and very expansive unit. We've traveled all over the world and it was one of the nicest vacation rentals, especially for the price, that we have ever stayed in. In addition, the owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience in Jaco.

    Just returned from x-mas in Jaco at this beautiful condo. The views were breathtaking and the location perfect! Center of everything in Jaco. Easily one of the nicest condo's we have ever stayed in! Very easy rental process and great service from the staff when we arrived. Would have no reservations recommending this unit to anyone wishing for a nice relaxing vacation in a high end condo in Costa Rica.

    My friends and I stayed here in the "rainy" season, and we were awed by the beauty of the condo, and views from the place. The pictures looked great, but one always wonders what the place will "really" look like. This place blew away all our expectations. We all decided it was the nicest vacation condo we had ever seen, and plan to be back oftern. You can NOT find a better place anywhere near Jaco. FYI - an iPad works with the WiFi perfrectly for those who are worried about communications. If you like huge waves, you get them in spades here.

    This was our second trip to Costa Rica and we choose this complex because it was under construction during our last visit and we liked the location. The unit has an amazing view south over one of the rivers which we really enjoyed watching the locals float down. The wrap around outdoor space on the 7th floor gave an amazing view without having to hear the noise from the beach. You don't have to have a car to stay here because you are a block from a grocery store and easy walk to downtown. Our young child got sick while we were there and the night manager took us to the 24 hour clinic, translated for us, and even came back to check on her the next night. I can not say enough wondeful things about this unit and DayStar that is the onsight management.

    Condo is brand new, so everything looked very nice and clean. Spacious living room and well spaced out bedrooms. Wrap around terrace was superb, and the view of the ocean just fantastic. Exactly what you'd expect for oceanfront condo living... and the washer/dryer came in handy. Distance wise, it's centrally located in Jaco and certainly walkable to many restaurants and clubs. I actually liked this condo very much, as I've rented many condos from VRBO before, and this one is top notch.

    We loved how close the condo was to the ocean!...My mother would watch me surf from the balcony and then we could jump right in the pool. The pool was right on the beach also and had waterfalls!

    My family and I had a WONDERFUL time staying at Diamante Del Sol! The newly constructed unit has all the upgrades imaginable, nice spacious bedrooms, huge bathrooms, all supported by a friendly and professional staff, from the booking agent to the security guards to the grounds keepers, all very friendly, helpful, and amiable. We loved the location of Diamante Del Sol, just about in the center of town, it was easy to walk everywhere to get a nice meal or shop for souveniers. Being right on the beach is just amazing. We would wake up to the waves crashing and have our morninng breakfast on the nice big Lanai. In the evening, we would do the same for quick snack and a drink before dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time in Costa Rica, and staying at the Diamante Del Sol REALLY made the whole trip a smashing sucess, we plan to visit again as soon as we can! I would not have any reservation whatsoever recommending this unit in the Diamante Del Sol to anyone!
