There are two covered decks accessed from the main floor and connected by an open deck. The main floor also has two bedrooms and two half-baths with adjoining walk-in shower. The living area has a pull out queen sleeper. The lower level has one bedroom, a TV room with pullout queen sleeper, a full bath and laundry area.
Swimming, boating and fishing activities in the clear waters are at your front door. There are several marinas and places to launch boats nearby. Major shopping and entertainment opportunities are within a 30 minute drive. A non-denominational church is in close proximity.
The home is fully-equipped; just bring your food, clothes and beach towels and enjoy the luxury of lake front living! Beaver Lake is a beautiful, peaceful paradise

About the owner: My husband and I built this house as a vacation retreat for us and our family in 1973. The house was totally refurbished in 2005. We've had many, many wonderful years to enjoy the beauty of Beaver Lake and now want to share our home, as I'm 93 years old and don't visit it as often.
Why the Owner Chose Garfield:
We purchased and built on this property because of the natural beauty and clear waters of Beaver Lake. This property is half way between Wichita, KS and St. Louis, MO and provided a meeting place for us and Kansas relatives.
