  Hello Kim, My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in your condo this past week (May 12 -16, 2012). I must say that I am a clean freak and your unit was one of the cleanest I've been to and we have been to several condos along the Gulf. Kim was very patient with me during the rental process and answered my many questions promptly. The unit itself was well decorated and equipped with whatever you needed for cooking and for relaxing. The kids loved the pool and mom enjoyed the beautiful views from the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella being included in the price was also a great added bonus. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We hope to be back soon.

  We were looking for a great place to stay during Spring Break and found it at the Pearl. Kim, the owner, was the first to respond to our requests. She made us feel theirs was the place to rent. When we entered the condo we found everything very clean, in place and at a comfort level to kick back, relax and enjoy our week. There were many extras in place to make our stay better. We had a wonderful time during our visit. The Pearl’s staff was very pleasant and worked hard to make our stay very enjoyable. The beach was snow white and clean. It had dolphins swimming having a good time. There is a long wharf for people to catch fish. It was not crowded. Thanks to Kim and Dennis for sharing their outstanding condo with others.

  All we could say when we first walked in was "WOW"!! It was clean, very large, and the decor was perfect. The views from the master and living rooms can't be beat! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to use while cooking. The master had a huge closet and bathroom and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed eating lunch on the huge balcony and watching the dolphins. We love Navarre beach and this was just a great place to stay. The owners were so helpful and we can't wait to stay here again. Also, if you like sushi try The Slippery Mermaid or a great place for breakfast/lunch is The Lark's Nest.

  My sisters and I took our "sister trip" in September and what a wonderful trip it was. The condo made it that much more wonderful, just because it was soooo comfy and homey. The decor was great, the layout was great and the balcony was wonderful. We had a great time together, but staying in such a nice condo, made it even better. Thank you for being so helpful in answering our questions. We all plan to rent this condo again in the future. The sisters from Georgia.

  We stayed Nov.6 to Nov.13,2010. The view is great the rental process easy. The stingrays,sea trutles and dolphins were swimming so near the shore. Such a peaceful place. Thanks to the owners Dennis and Kim, for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful piece of paradise. Our only complaint is that the time passed too quickly and our stay was not long enough. The sand is so white it looks like salt! Found sand dollars and lots of shells. Van and Sue from MI. and Hazel from TN.

  The condo was exceptional. My wife was really impressed with the cleanliness and the decor. She is a stickler for both and this the only condo that we would come back to and we will! Furnishings and balcony set were all extremely comfortable. This was the 3rd condo we have stayed in at the Pearl and by far was the best. Everything worked well and we lacked nothing as far as amenities and everyday needs. Kim and Dennis have done a great job here and you should give it a try.

  We live in GA, NE of Atlanta... we visited Kim & Dennis' condo in April, during spring break and couldn't WAIT to get there. I have (2) sons, 13 and 9 yrs old, when we walked in they were amazed at how nice the condo was and couldn't get over the beds in the 2nd bedroom. My husband, who hates the beach, LOVED it and cannot wait to go back next year. The amenities inside the condo & the resort were exceptional and the service was impeccable. If you're looking for a serene, quiet place to enjoy a well deserved, quality family vacation... this is where you want to go. Thanks to Kim Dennis for sharing your amazing beach home with us... you feel like family. Already looking forward to next year's vacation in Navarre... I'M SOLD!   We were there May 5th -9th, 2010. We were very pleased with JME handling the reservations with this condo. Kim has done a great job with the decorating. We left some salt / pepper and dishwashing liquid for the next visitors. Plenty of paper products, we always take some...just in case...but it wasn't necessary. The washer and dryer seemed brand new as did most of the furnishings. Really liked the deck furniture...very comfortable. Enjoyed having beach chairs and umbrella to sit and sit and sit....Our time at the beach was very relaxed and peaceful. Thanks Kim and Dennis for sharing your beach home with us.
