There is much to do and we are close to EVERYTHING: Arrowhead Mall for fine shopping, Peoria's New Entertainment Corridor with theaters, cinema, dining, entertainment (even an ice hockey arena should you be homesick for the cold weather!).
The Peoria Sports Complex featuring Spring Training for San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, and the new Surprise Spring Training Facility for the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals is also just around the corner. Just minutes from Loop 101 everything that the great State of Arizona has to offer is immediately accessible. The areas many, many golf courses are ready for your tee time.
This fully-equipped, one-bedroom with den Condominium provides everything needed to make it home. Spacious great room and wonderfully equipped kitchen will provide a perfect retreat and the private balcony will give you just the spot to enjoy our wonderful climate. A large master suite with bath which features large dual vanity bath and separate shower/toilet provide ample space for all. Additional bed available in the den.
Our clubhouse, adjacent to the sparkling pool, spa, and shuffle board courts, is complete with library, game room, pool table, and exercise facilities. It is a social gathering place to make new friends; even has a kitchen should you want a family event. Each building has its own social patio for relaxing, grilling, or gathering with your neighbors from around the country who are all here to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

Thank you for the positive feedback. I usually rent this condo in the season from December thru April. This will pay for most of my carry and I can use it other months of the year when I come into town. It is a great location and a really nice facility. I may be interested in selling this unit as I now live in Florida and have several properties in the Phoenix area. Let me know if you might be interested
