Las Casitas in Vichayito Mancora, offers two exclusive, deluxe, beachfront houses for rent, on the private Beach of Vichayito. This beach is on the Pacific Ocean - on the north coast of Peru, with weather similar to that of Hawaii.
Both homes are identical. These five-bedroom, five and a half bath homes have two floors, 2700 square feet of living space, and 150 feet of beach front. All flooring, including that in the bathroom, is marble. The high ceilings are specially designed to keep the houses cool at all times. The second-floor ceilings are made of Pumaquiro wood, from the Peruvian jungle.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a double shower, and an ocean view. It has a partly roofed deck from which you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets in front of the houses, and the clear skies full of stars at night.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, an ocean view, a deck, and a bathroom with a view. The third bedroom has two bunk bed with four twin beds, a complete bathroom, and windows with a view. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and one bunkbed (with a queen bed on the bottom and a double bed on top). It also features big windows with a view.
The fifth bedroom is downstairs. It has a bunkbed (with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top). It also comes with a complete bathroom and big windows with a view. All of the bathrooms have hot water. Altogether each house has two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, two double beds, and five twin beds. linens and towels are provided (except for beach/swimming pool towels).
The wood and granite kitchen is fully-equipped. The big living room and dining room have a beach view - and can be opened, as well as closed when you want privacy (with sliding doors and sliding windows). There's a half bath next to the living room.
Outside, there's a deck with furniture. And there's a swimming pool 50 feet by 25 feet, surrounded by a garden. There is also private parking. The rent includes a guard and gardener. A cook/maid is available upon request. Price arrangements can be made directly with them.
