This Non-Smoking Home was built in 1920 and it has the original hardwood floors and claw foot tub in one bath. That bath has a shower attached to the tub and is attached to bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed. There is also a half bath downstairs plus a sitting room, living room, and large eat-in kitchen that is completely stocked. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bath with a shower. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Dormer Room off it with a Twin bed. The other Bedroom has Twin beds. Upstairs has very large closets. Home has a large front porch with two wicker loveseat, two rockers, and a wicker porch swing. House is a ten minute walk to the quaint little town of Waynesville. There are games, puzzles, books, and cable TV. There is a phone for in town calls only. There is also a large back yard with grill to cook out.
