We love it in Frisco and we think you will too! About 50% of our reservations are from REPEAT RENTERS! We offer you a "comfy place just like home" with almost 2000 sq ft., gorgeous VIEWS, central location to ski resorts, access out the front door to bike/cross-country paths, two KING bed Masters, third bedroom with BUNK BED and QUEEN BED, a private GAMEROOM, four BALCONIES off each bedroom and living room, a two-car GARAGE, and clubhouse with HOT TUBS and POOL.
We have just TOTALLY REMODELED the kitchen, living room and dining area and enlarged the Main floor bath with a shower. Our renters loved our unit before the remodel, and now it's even better!
Frisco is a quaint mountain town within a 10 min. drive to Copper Mountain, 15 min. to Breckenridge, 25 min. to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin, 35 min. to Vail ski areas. Our location is ideal! We are just off I-70; near the central terminal for the free Summit Stage shuttle bus; walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops; and an even shorter walk to Starbucks for morning coffee.
As close as we are to these services, we are in a very quiet location on a dead-end driveway within the Townhouse community. The path out our front door takes you to the edge of Lake Dillon where you connect to 50+ miles of trails! You know you are in the Colorado Rockies from the unobstructed view of the Continental Divide which is a constant backdrop from the living room, bedroom, and front balconies.
Our townhouse offers the space, comforts, and amenities which will please everyone. It has more room than our pictures can show. Two master bedrooms have KING beds, attached full bathrooms, couch or recliner chair, private decks,(one TV/VCR),which makes our unit well suited for two couples or two families. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and queen bed. Bathroom on first floor with new shower.
The combined living-dining-kitchen area is a gathering place for sitting by the fire, watching TV or a movie from our collection, playing one of our board games, or borrowing a book to read. The large kitchen is fully equipped for every type of meal preparation and Safeway is nearby. We have a dining room area for eating, in addition to the kitchen bar chairs. (a folding table and chairs add dining space for larger families.)

Why the Owner Chose Lagoon Townhomes
We have a quiet location with the best view in Frisco, overlooking the Continental Divide with a glimpse of Lake Dillon. We are close to several major ski areas and Main Street Frisco with its great restaurants and stores.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love to relax by the fire or in the hot tub, play ping-pong in our gameroom and cook in our beautiful, new kitchen. The bike path right outside our front door becomes a cross country trail in the winter. We hike, snow shoe, dine out and value special time with children, granddaughter and friends.

We are an active, retired couple who love to share our Frisco property with family, friends and renters. We have two small businesses; one selling electric bikes and a second that coordinates senior moves. Since both businesses are part-time, we enjoy free time in Frisco which is only 1 1/2 hours from our home in a Denver suburb.

We rented the condo in June with two other couples and found it to be everything advertised and more! The condo was fully stocked with the necessities like soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. Everything worked perfectly and we even made use of the bbq. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We all loved your townhouse! It was the perfect size for our group of 6- the 3 boys enjoyed the bunkroom, gameroom, pool and hot tubs. The adults loved the convenience and we too loved the gameroom because it meant we could have the living room TV for ourselves! Waking u to the breathtaking mountain views, the awesome weather and ski conditions made for a perfect vacation. We can see why you have so many repeat renters and you can dd us to that list!

Sharon, your townhouse was perfect for our family! It was so nice having plenty of space and this created a relaxing and stree-free situation for us and the kids. Frisco is such an ideal spot with access to all other areas. The view from your house is perfect. We used the trails around the lake most days and even had a day canoeing.
