This was such a nice place to stay. The community is gated and safe, yet so quiet and peaceful. The pool was wonderful! We got it heated and it felt like a giant hot tub. Perfect after a long day at the theme parks! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very easy to cook in. The location is wonderful with plenty of stores and restaurants very near by. My kids and I had such a fun, fun, fun vacation. We will definately be staying here again! This was my first time using Home Away. Dan was so easy to work with. It was a flawless vacation from beginning to end. I can't wait to go back!!!!

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Heinz House and being so close to Disney that I don't know why anyone would want to stay inside the park! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect to fit 5 people. When we weren't at the parks, there was plenty of space to relax and not be on top of each other. Upon arrival, the house was immaculate and it had everything that we needed to eat some meals at home and pack food for a day at the parks. Things like having the washer/dryer, access to beach towels and hair dryer made it so easy to pack our suit cases and travel lightly. The whole Windsor Hills complex was well maintained and it felt safe having the guard station upon entrance/exit of leaving there. Having the choice of hanging out in the pool which was right outside of the lanai or going to the big public pool was really nice too. The heated pool right outside the door made me want to have one just like it at my house in Massachusetts! If you go to the big pool, they have a small restaurant/store that you can get some food and snacks at. The location of this property was perfect. It took about 3 minutes to get to the grocery store and about 8 minutes to get to the Disney parks. There is a large choice of restaurants (fast food and sit down) that are nearby so finding something to eat that suits everyone is not a problem. Dealing with Dan, the owner, has also been a smooth experience and I already have referred this property on to some friends I was so impressed. We had such a great time that we hope to visit Heinz House again and have a "Best vacation 2". The LaRosa Family Billerica, MA

Thanks for another wonderful 2 week stay! This was our second year at your townhouse and it felt like we had arrived home. Our 2 children refer to it as their "pool house" and are already talking about next year. The location is so great to all the parks and yet its nice to come back to a quiet place at night. We used the castle playground just about everyday and the green area out behind is wonderful for the kids to ride their bikes with no worries about traffic! Its sure nice to have our own pool too. The weather was also perfect! Looks like we'll be booking again for next year!

Location, location, location!

This was the third time we had been to Orlanso as a family and this was by far the best property location that we have stayed with it meeting the expectation that had been set by our initial website review. Windsor Hills is in a great location and ideal for all commuting to all of the main attractions and other requirements like the supermarket, golf and take-away services (Taste of China recommended and they deliver to the property). For the days off from the attractions the communal pool and activities provide a great alternative day for the family. The P&M store that is on the pool site are from the UK and very nice & friendly, the shop is well stocked for all those essentials that you need for a family breakfast etc. It also serves food and drink for when you decide to stay at the pool for the day and there are no restrictions on taking your own food and drink to the poolside which was a plus point. Also the property is located very close to the communal pool, just a 2 minute walk away. The property is well maintained and clean with the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with showers more than adequate for our family of 2 adults and 2 children, the property could easily accommodate a party of 6. For all you golfers Mystic Dunes in right next door ro Windsor Hiils and is a nice course to play, Celebration and Reunion are other courses we would recommend and are very close by to the property. For all you runners there are various routes you can map around the Windsor Hills site. Dan & Tina were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our original request through to deposit being repaid and we will thoroughly recommend this prooerty to friends, family and anyone reading this review, location, location, location, you will not be disappointed. Wonderful Vacation!!

My family spent two weeks at Dan and Tina's townhouse in August. We had a wonderful experience. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and had every amenity we could ask for. The townhouse was very clean when we arrived. The towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated to resemble swans. There was a tray with coffee, creamer and snacks on the counter in the kitchen. Each room had its own television, which we all enjoyed. The kitchen was fully applianced and the ice maker was very helpful for those hot days. We loved the central air conditioning, especially because the humidity outside was oppressive. We took advantage of the splash pool in the back every day. We also enjoyed the barbecue that we rented for a modest price for the two week stay. Windsor Hills itself is a beautiful resort. We visited the clubhouse every day to enjoy the lagoon size pool and hot tub. We visited the sundry store for odds and ends and ate at their snack bar. What we loved most was the proximity to the Disney resorts and other attractions. It only took about 10 minutes to get to Disney each day. Windsor Hills is right off of 192, which has every restaurant you could every imagine. We loved everything about the townhouse and Windsor Hills. We hope to return someday.

My family and I went to Florida for vacation for the first time excited about Disney and the sites. Nervous about the trip but to my surprise when we got to the townhome I was quit surprise to the size of it and the location. The size was great more then enought for the size of our family and the week we stayed I never slept so good, the beds were so comfy loved it and every bedroom had its own bath which was great for getting everyone ready for dinner. The pool was great on the patio I could fix dinner or supper and watch my kids swin without worrying. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay I would like to stay there again next year great place. The Club House was great about a block from the townhouse and it was wonderful big, kid friendly, my kids loved the slide. We wanted to go to Disney worrying about if I could find it we had no problem its about 10 minutes from the townhouse perfect for all the sites in Florida really the beach, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Disney. We had a great time hope to stay again next year. Thank you

We stayed for two week's in Dan and Tina's house over Easter. The holiday was the just the best! Dealing with Dan in the run up to the holiday was a pleasure, and everything went really smoothly. The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival and we were thrilled with the comfy beds, lovely linens and lots of fluffy towels. It was a wonderful place to relax in after long days at the parks, we all slept soundly in the comfy beds. The house is located just a short walk from the clubhouse and we enjoyed the clubhouse pool and facilities and were impressed with the security aspects of the Windsor Hills resort. Windsor Hills is very close to the Disney parks which makes it such a perfect location. It was easy to go the parks in the morning, come back to the house for a bit of relaxing and then head back to the parks in the evenings for the fireworks. There is nothing that I would change, the experience exceeded our expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending this house to others. We would love to come back in a couple of years and would definitely re-book this property. Thanks for everything Dan!

Our family had a wonderful time at your townhouse. Just about everything we needed was there. It was very clean and I don't know if you arranged the weather, but it was perfect. My 3 year old twins loved having the pool in our backyard and we had a great time at the resort pool as well. The playground was a big hit and within walking distance. Traveling to Disney and Sea World was quick and easy. The new Publix and CVS down the road was great. And we enjoyed having the propane bar b que. We are hoping to get back next year! Thanks Dan & Tina, it was a wonderful vacation.

Our family had a great time staying at your townhouse. It was very clean upon checking in. We had family visiting us while staying there and having the bedroom downstairs gave them privacy. Our kids loved having the Disney themed room and their own television. We had a hard time getting them to leave the room. The property manager was very quick to respond to us when we had a question about the pool heating and came out right away to check it out. The pool was great for unwinding after a long day at the parks. The townhouse is very close to the clubhouse, our kids loved the slide and we enjoyed the big pool also. It was very clean and well taken care of. Driving distance to Disney was around 10 minutes, very easy to get to and loved that we could come back and relax after a long day at the parks. Having the room to spread out was really nice for all of us. We would recommend to our friends to rent this townhouse, it was a great experience for us!

Very Nice TownHome. Well equipped, appreciated the beach towels, tote bags and coffee filters found in the unit. Close to shopping and restaurants.. New Super Target 5 minutes west on Irlo Bronson Hwy. Giordano's has excellent pizza. So close to Disney. Would certainly recommend this unit to others. Owner and Management are very helpful and accommodating.

My Family and I spent 15 Days at Dan and Tina's Windsor Hills home and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We have stayed in other communities when visited Disney in the past but what really sets this place apart is the great amenities available right there in the community as well as it’s great location as ease of access to all the Disney Parks. We have sat in the 192 traffic in the past but never had to worry about that this time. The community clubhouse has an awesome pool and slide for the kids and a really nice gym as well as a theater where you can request movies to watch. The House itself is great!!! It is exactly how the pictures depict right down to the Swans figures on the bed. It was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Dan and Tina’s house to anyone heading to the Orlando area. Thank you, Rick, Heidi and Kids

This townhome is in a great location by the clubhouse, and my kids loved having the splash pool to play in. The home is clean and well maintained. The house is beautiful-exactly like the pictures. Dan was great and easy to work with. Overall I thought it was outstanding!

We just spent 10 days at this property and have nothing but a positive experience. The owner is awesome and saw to our every need. The house is in excellent condition and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The location in regards to the clubhouse is excellent less than a block away. I think by far the best part of the townhouses are the person pools. My kids loved it! Every day they spent at least an hour or so swimming. By far this feature is what sets this place apart from the rest. Of course you have the clubhouse pool and water slide which are excellent as well. The house itself is well furnished with and awesome king size tempurpedic bed in the master bedroom that we are still in love with after coming home and are now shopping for one ourselves. Dan we above and beyond to take care of our needs and we appreciated his willingness to provide the things that made our stay so great. Excellent home! Thanks

Nice furniture, it was all new and upscale -more than we expected for the price we paid. They had great pool toys for the backyard pool and the layout was great. I was able to watch the kids swim from the family room. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a nice, newly furnished place to stay.

Just returned from a short trip to the Disney area. This townhouse is gorgeous. Everything is new and clean. The location is minutes from Disney and the pool area is great.

We had a great time at this wonderful townhouse and definitely will be back. It was spotlessly clean with all new, tasteful furnishings. Most notable are the beds, which all have high quality super comfortable mattresses and bed linens. Everything we need was there. The management staff was most helpful and friendly. Also the property is a few minutes walk from the clubhouse and main pool (apart from big pool and waterslide, also has fountains, great for little kids) and close to a sizeable playground. Perfect family vacation accomodation!

My two children and husband and I just returned from an 8 day family vacation. This rental was fantastic - it exceeded all of our expectations. The townhouse was very nicely furnished, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The owners have put a lot of care into the maintenance and comfort of this unit. New flat screen televisions in each bedroom, in addition to a huge flat screen television in the main sitting area. Nice bathrooms off each bedroom. A very family friendly townhouse with all of the amenities. Great location within the resort - the townhouse is a very short walk to the main pool, but far enough away to have privacy. Our only regret was that we didn't make more time to enjoy the resort: the main pool was amazing, the children's playground was fun, and they even show three movies a day at the theatre-style room in the main clubhouse. The staff at the resort treated us very well. This rental is excellent value for the money. Very convenient location close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Owners are professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend this rental - we have rented other homes, and found this to be the best yet.
