  We rented this home while in Reno for a basketball tournament Memorial Day Weekend. We wanted a place where we could wash the kids uniforms and cook meals instead of eating out the whole weekend. This home was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the convention center using either the freeway or the streets. It is also very close to two grocery stores, gas station, pizza, and Starbucks! The beds were very comfortable and all amenities were included in the house. There's a newer model washer and dryer and they even provided detergent! There is a propane grill so we were able to throw meat on the grill one night too. My husband and kids really enjoyed the massage recliner in the family room! The only downside was the tv's. The ones in the bedrooms are only about 19 inches. Only the ones in the Master and family room have cable connections. One of the bedrooms has a VHS player, and the other bedroom has a tv that doesn't work. So basically there are only two working tv's in the house. Fortunately we didn't have much time to watch tv so it didn't bother us too much. There is WiFi in the home so take you can take your laptop or connect your smartphone. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay again or recommend it to a friend.

  We rented this home for our stay when we came to Reno for Far Westerns for girls volleyball. It was great! Three Moms and three girls fit perfectly! We held our team bonding activities here, as well as our meals. Super clean, great location (about 5 mim from convention center) quiet, and comfortable. The girls loved having a home base, and we loved not being in a hotel!! Thanks Beth for everything! We'll be back as will our friends with the boys team coming in November.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The home was great! Very clean and the rooms were spacious. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

  The house was better than expected; clean, cozy and in a nice neighborhood next to a walking trail that had birds, ducks and geese. The owner was very helpful and left a great guide in using the house and the wirless networking.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

  Very comfortable, lots of space, very clean. The home is indeed as described. It's a perfect location if you're skiing at the nearby Mt Rose - mere 20 minutes away. There's a nice back yard, big enough for us to have a snowball fight. One minor thing - some of the DVDs in the library would not play on the DVD player in the living room. But not enough to lose a star. I expect we'll be back, perhaps as soon as this summer.

  We stayed here for the Reno Air Races. The house was very comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood on a Cul-de-sac which is nice if you have kids. There is a park 2 blocks away which is great too! We will def be staying here again next year.

  This vacation rental was great. We brought our 15 month old with us and they had a high chair and pack and play. The only issue we had was the little ant problem in the kitchen area. There were not a ton, but enough to be a nescience. Overall, the house is great and would stay again. Thank you!!!!

  My husband and I stayed in this comfy home for 5 weeks while vacationing in Reno. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the location is centrally located to the freeway, mall and grocery shopping (including Sam's & Costco), and restaurants. If you need a casino fix, it's about a 5 mile drive to downtown. There is a paved walking path just out the front door that we used every night and a children's park close by - we heard no noise from either. I felt very safe walking the surface streets by myself in the morning (to Smith's grocery & back is about a 3 mile walk). If you like Mexican food be sure to try Los Compadres, a family owned restaurant on the corner of S. Virginia & S. Meadow Pkwy/Foothill. We ate there twice and both times the service and food were excellent, better than any Mexican restaurant at home (Phoenix area). Thank you Beth for allowing us to share your house. We appreciate the cleanliness, the use of the washer/dryer, the use of the garage; we also appreciate how nice it was to do business with you. We hope to return next summer. Bob & Renee

  We rented this home as a central meeting place for our Thanksgiving weekend. There were 5 adults and 3 kids in our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal and the home was plenty comfortable for all of us. In a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to a nice park. The kids loved the park. The master bedroom has a closet big enough for a pack n' play that was already set up and ready for our baby. She slept great in the quiet and dark environment. The house also has a booster seat/high chair available too.

  This home is perfect! Very nice, quiet, has all the amenities that you need. The home was clean, well organized and stocked. We were able to make meals, relax and sleep comfortably. Having the washer/dryer was an added plus. I hope to visit again and when I do, I will absolutely check to see if this home is available. So much better than staying at a hotel! Highly recommended. A++++
