Spacious and comfortable Lake Almanor Country Club home!! This tri-level home and separate detached cottage ensure plenty of space for 2 families, or a group of 10 or so to enjoy their vacation time in the mountains. The home is filled with all the amenities of our own homes to make for the perfect get-away.

The home is located just 3/4 mile from Recreation Area #1 in the country club. Here you will find a private beach and swim area, boat launch, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes and a great playground for kids! Also, there is plenty of golfing available.

The main house is 3bdrm, 2bath. Bedroom#1: queen and twin, bedroom#2: double futon, bedroom#3: queen. The bottom floor/family room area has a double futon sofa couch. The detached cottage has 1 full, 1 twin, 1 sleeper sofa and a full bath.

GOLF inside the Country Club:
The 9-hole course at the Lake Almanor Country Club facility features 2,919 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. The course rating is 36.2 and it has a slope rating of 126.

BAILY CREEK GOLF COURSE:
The renowned, award winning eighteen-hole Baily Creek golf course is just down the street from the Club. Playable from April through mid-October, every hole has at least four sets of tees, including championship markers for long hitters. The gently rolling terrain boasts spacious landing areas, Penlink putting surfaces, three lakes, a waterfall and a complete practice facility with natural grass hitting areas and putting greens. A new 7,000-square foot clubhouse offers a restaurant/bar, outdoor patios and full-service pro shop.

                    We found the facilities to be ideally located for our activities on the peninsula and an easy jumping off place for our extra-curriculur activities. We were able to spread out and relax and that was just what the doctor ordered. Could use some TLC, but great for families and guys (or girls) getaways. Great access to the lake. Great access to great golf! The owner was helpful and responsive!

                    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

                  Our family has been camping in the Lake Almanor area since the 70's. In 2004 we decided to purchase a home in the beautiful Lake Almanor Country Club.

                  The Unique Benefits at this House:
                  There are several amazing aspects to the home. The large great room/kitchen dining area is fantastic. It opens up onto the spacious deck which is great for enjoying the beautiful mountain air. Our families enjoy most meals on the deck during our stay in the summer time! The lower-level TV area is great for kids to have some space of their own.
