Changes in Latitude is located at 40 Cast Net Lane, Seacrest Beach, FL, 32413 in the popular community of Seacrest Beach on Scenic Highway 30A.
This unbelievable Seacrest Beach home is a 3 bedroom 4.5 bath home with an additional 1 bedroom 1 bath mother-in-law suite making this home a total of 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. You will enter this amazing home on the main floor which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and first floor bedroom and bath. The kitchen has solid surface granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living area is absolutely decked out with top of the line furnishing and accessories. The first floor bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk above and it's own private bath.
The second floor has two bedrooms with king beds in both rooms and each room has it's own full bath. This floor includes the master bedroom and massive bath with claw foot soaking tub and double vanity with vessel sinks. The second floor has access to the mother-in-law suit from the balcony.
The mother-in-law suite has it's own kitchenette and living area separate from the bedroom which has a double bed and its own full bath.
The third floor is an open area with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette and a full bath. This floor also has a large viewing deck.
Every room is decked out in top of the line Ethan Allen furniture and every room has it's own LCD TV.

Direct flights are available from the new Panama City Beach (ECP) airport (only 20 minutes away). Remember to ask about available airport transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 5% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

This was our family's third time in Seacrest and first at Changes in Latitude. We had two families of 5 people each, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house is laid out nicely and furnished very well. We loved the quiet location within the neighborhood and the golf cart was so wonderful to have! We were a little surprised there was no DVD player in the living room; however, the listing doesn't say there's one so that's really our fault for not checking I guess! We would definitely recommend this house to others.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
