YOUR VACATION HOME AWAY FROM HOME: Come and relax at our 2010 renovated beach condo located in BUILDING 1!! Our non-smoking, pet-free, spacious 3 bedroom end unit has everything you need to unwind from beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, noodles, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and a beach cart to reading & video libraries and games & puzzles. All of the appliances are brand new, including YOUR OWN washer/dryer. The fully-stocked kitchen has seating at the bar for 3, while the dining room has 6 chairs and a bench for 2+. The private patio off of the den is complete with a table and chairs. The living room includes a stereo with an iPod docking station & cd player. It also has a 40" HD flatscreen for you to enjoy on rainy days or during the evenings with cable and DVD/VCR. There is wood flooring throughout.
For those that want to stay connected our villa has WIRELESS INTERNET, already included in your rate!! No need to go out of the condo to do that kind of surfing!
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, 32" HD flatscreen cable television with DVD/VCR player and a pillow-top queen size bed. There is also a private bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, a pillow-top queen bed and 28" HD flatscreen cable television with a DVD/VCR player. A full bath is around the corner. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with two sets of bunk beds and a 19" flatscreen tv with a DVD player!
THE BEACH: Our beach, one of the last private ones on the island, is never crowded. The 5 minute walk across the new, private boardwalk over the salt water marsh is stunning. Enjoy the view of the wildlife and of the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Palmetto Dunes. The Folly off to the left on the beach is quite spectacular!! Coco's, the only private beach side cabana, will have everything you might want while enjoying the beach - food, beverages, tables & stools, a break from the sun, and restrooms! The 8 passenger BEACH SHUTTLE can take you to and from the beach if you should forgo walking. The boardwalk also has footlights if you'd like to enjoy the beach by moonlight, or the nightlife at Coco's. A new lifeguard station has been set up right at our beach! Chair and umbrella rentals are also available through the lifeguard.
AMENITIES ON THE PROPERTY: The resort has two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, workout room, six lighted tennis courts, new badminton, picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, on-site convenience store and deli, volleyball at the beach, elevators and free parking. All of this is included in your rate!
The Hilton Head Resort is a 24 hour gated beach community convenient to bike paths, golf, putt putt golf, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, boat cruises, theatre, museums, etc.
We take great care in our condo. Our cleaning and maintenance companies are wonderful, and we were just here in April to finish the spring cleaning, relax, and unwind. Come and be our guest!

We are the Cook Family from Boone, NC, and Cary, NC - Papa, Grandma, son Jeff, daughter-in-law Beth, and grandkids Lauren and Ryan. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 25 years and absolutely love it. It is beautiful, clean, serene, yet so much to do for the whole family. Our children have grown up coming here and we have so many wonderful memories that we're now sharing with our grandchildren.

Three generations of Scotts enjoyed a lovely weekend at this beautiful villa. There was plenty of room for all of us, four adults and four kids. It was clean and spacious. The kids found lots to do with all of the games, puzzles, books, movies, and beach toys that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The villa is beautifully decorated and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The beach and pool were huge hits with kids and grandparents alike. If you enjoy seafood do not miss a trip to the Sea Shack. The food is amazing, the atmosphere very casual. The Smokehouse and Wild Wing Cafe are other good places to eat with kids. We also enjoyed strolling around Harbor Town in Sea Pines Plantation, visiting Dafuskie Island, and exploring the Coastal Discovery Museum. We loved Hilton Head and the villa. We will definitely be back!

We had a terrific time. This condo was beautiful better even than the photos! The beach was private w great waves too! Great value for such a big nice condo. Would come back again! The owners were great w fast communications. A perfect trip to HHI.

My family and I stayed here for a week in August. There was plenty of room for all of us (2 adults, 4 kids-6 yo, 4yo, and two 2 y.o.). The kids loved the pools and the walk to the beach was easy for everyone. We did bring a wagon to bring our two young ones to the beach and it worked out just fine. The water was warm and the beach was beautiful. Having two bunk beds on one room was great since it could fit all the kids in one room. I used the extra bedroom as a place to fold clothes. The unit has a washer/dryer; which was great.

My mother and I stayed at the villa this year for Mother's Day, and had a wonderful time. The island was virtually ours, no crowds or traffic! The villa was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Loved the cafe/pool/bike rentals conveniently located within the building. We had a blast and are looking forward to another future visit! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!!

Just got home from this resort. It was everything we expected, very nice. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and look forward to coming back soon. I would like to say if you have sick kids like we did the Hilton Head Island ER is very nice, we do not recommend Doctor's Care off the island! Thank you Cook family, look forward to visiting again...

We just returned home from staying a week in this beautiful villa. We had a great time on Hilton Head Island. The description of the villa, the photos, and the location were very accurate. This villa was very clean and decorated very nice. The owners have thought of everything. We enjoyed the games, books, movies and all the beach items they have to enjoy. The Cook family was very easy to work with and will let friends and family know how much we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The villa was in excellent condition and there were lots of personal touches throughout. The owners thought of everything and the "extras" like games, books, and beach supplies were above and beyond other properties we have stayed at. It's a great place for families and we will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Hilton Head.
