We have a beautifully remodeled condo with granite,fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The interiors include, cable television, AC, free Internet, local phone service, and a very private lanai. The living room and bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings and furnished with your comfort in mind.
Our guests are families, honeymooners and people celebrating special occasions.
Wailea is located on the dry sunny side of the island. It is a vacation spot for those who enjoy friendly atmosphere, tropical scenery and all the comforts of an exclusive resort. We are very close to the Blue, Gold and Emerald golf courses and the Wailea Tennis Club.

We chose Grand Champions Villas because it is located in the best section of Maui. The weather is always dry and sunny. The condo complex has great amenities for short term and long term stay. We are near both pools and within walking distance of the beach. Wailea is a very exclusive community on Maui. This is a place to celebrate special occassions and enjoy a beautiful vacation.

We live in Vail Colorado for 6 months and on Maui the rest of the time. We are retired and enjoy the outdoor life. We ski and windsurf. Maui is a perfect counterpart to Vail. It is a great vacation spot for people who love the beach and an active lifestyle. We have an information guide for our guests with great ideas on where to eat and what to do on Maui based on out personal experiences and recommendations made by out guests.

Comments: Maria & Eric, We spent our 30th anniversary at your condo and my brother & his wife enjoyed it so much, they want to spend their 20th there with us! We know the calendar doesn't go out more than a year but we would like to stay at your place again, if that is possible. Eric and Maria, We return from Maui 6 days ago and I have not talking. We have all came to the conclusion, that in the 35 days we were on Maui we could have not picked a more perfectly located condo. We were able to enjoy several meals out, but to have the option of cooking was also nice. The guys loved cooking on the new grills at the pool. The walk to the Wailea Shops every morning for the newspaper was refreshing, so Rich said. Thank you, again. We had a great time. Thanks!! Tom was the poetic one!! We really did enjoy your place. It's absolutely beautiful there and the sunsets were so gorgeous while eating dinner on the balcony. We loved your taste in furniture and decorations too. We hope to come back next January again if Tom's work allows it!!
