Our family stayed at this fully furnished condo in Feb. 2012 for 16 nights and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, huge sectional in living room and everything worked well. The lanai is very private and we enjoyed many meals overlooking the beautiful foliage and a view of the ocean about a 10 minute walk away. Very quiet complex, with 2 pools across the roadway. Very convenient. Owners very attentive in answering questions and enquiries. Play pen for grandson very clean and comfortable. Thanks Maria for letting us use your beautiful condo.

This was paradise for my 85-year old mom and us three sisters! We loved the private lanai for our cocktail hour, the superb condo layout with each bedroom having it's own bathroom, convenient location to the Wailea walking trail for our morning walks and jogs, and to "turtle" beaches near Makena Landing . The condo was equipped with all of our eating and drinking needs as well as all the fun beach toys too! On top of that, we had a WHALE of a good time! ...We saw breaching and tail slaps!!! What more could anyone want? Thanks for a perfect and special vacation home!!!

Aloha Maria and Eric, Mahalo for your very special paradise!!!! It was perfect for a special trip with my sisters and mom!!!! We loved everything....our special breakfasts in the mornings, our maitai cocktails on the private lanai, listening to the birds and being amongst the beautiful plants, and the terrific condo layout!!!! Hi Maria & Eric, my friends and I had a wonderful time at your apartment. It's spacious, clean and well equipped! There were beach mats, snorkel, fins, etc. for us to use. Thanks for accommodating our late checkout. Our flight was at 8pm and we were able to pick up our luggage in the late afternoon. You are at the top of our recommendation list!

Having stayed at some of the fine resorts in Wailea in the past, we were quite surprised that your condo made made our vacation surpase those. Having a second bedroom, lanai, kitchen and spacious living room was perfect for us. The short drive to the beach with your boogy boards, snorkel sets and umbrella was our morning ritual. Ceiling fans in each of the rooms made for cool nights with the windows open so we could hear the birds wake us in the morning. Amazing trip we hope to repeat many times.

Maria and Eric, Thank you for letting us be your guests, we enjoyed our stay so much and wish we were still there, your condo had everything we needed and more, this was not our first time to Maui and hope it is not our last, we hope to explore other Hawaiian islands and get back to Maui also. We will most certainly let you know if we are going back to Maui as your condo was so comfortable and inviting. I love the island and your book with suggestions of places to visit, restaurants to eat at was very helpful. Love the artwork and decor in the condo and wish I could bring one of those turtles home. I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed your condo during our stay in Maui. It seemed as though "lady luck" was smiling our way through the whole trip. We enjoyed the bird seranade each evening and morning. The whales and turtles put on quite a show. Of course, our favorite spot is Big Beach. Our vacation was hands-down great. Being able to spend two weeks on the island and really get to see it up close and personal like we did was truly special. And while I'm accustomed to being on the go more often than not, some of our best memories will be on the beaches closest to Wailea and Makena, where the kids -- who did surprisingly well with all the travel, save for some lingering jet lag -- had a blast. Having the pools so close at your place was also a big plus, and we appreciated how commodious, airy and quiet your place was. It was just what we needed. Regarding the check, you can just rip it up. Dear Maria and Eric: Thank You again for the use of your home. It exceeded our expectations. This was the first time to use the internet and rent a home. Your home is in a beautiful setting and is very lovely. I will certainly recommend it to our friends. Also thanks for letting us stay a little longer. It allowed us to go to the beach one last time and time enough to launder the towels and sheets. Of course we left a note in the logbook. I loved the surf boarding certificate in the bathroom as well as the picture in the entryway. Wish we could have tried it but I think I'm getting too old and would probably have injured myself. I tried windsurfing a few years ago and injured my shoulder. But it was a blast.

Hi Maria, I will look for the voided check in the mail. Our stay at your Maui condo was very satisfying. Your kitchen was well equipped with supplies and kitchen essentials. Your beach toys and ice chest etc. were just so wonderful. We did not have to buy any beach gear in order to go to the beach. I love the spacious shower in the master bedroom. Eric and Maria, We return from Maui 6 days ago and I have not talking. We have all came to the conclusion, that in the 35 days we were on Maui we could have not picked a more perfectly located condo. We were able to enjoy several meals out, but to have the option of cooking was also nice. The guys loved cooking on the new grills at the pool. The walk to the Wailea Shops every morning for the newspaper was refreshing, so Rich said. Thank you, again. We had a great time. Thanks!! Tom was the poetic one!! We really did enjoy your place. It's absolutely beautiful there and the sunsets were so gorgeous while eating dinner on the balcony. We loved your taste in furniture and decorations too. We hope to come back next January again if Tom's work allows it!! The Grall's came from Wisconsin to escape the cold - January in Hawaii never gets old. Grand Champion Villas is quite a place and Maria's unit is a great home base. With body boards and chairs in hand, we were set to play in the waves & sand. At many a different beach we were seen; all I can say is thank God for sunscreen! Laying out in the sun is definately our kind of fun. And a Corona or two isn't bad either when we get home we'll take a breather. Fred's on Tuesday night is the place to be; after several Margarita's you can hardly see. We covered the island from east to west, Maui certainly is the best. Our two weeks flew by so fast it's a shame living in paradise just can't last. Thanks for an enjoyable stay, we would love to return one day.

Maria, we just spent 2 weeks on Maui and rented another unit at GC. While we enjoyed it (a 1brm, 1ba unit in Bldg 1) we prefer your unit. We will want to reserve 2 weeks in Feb next year. Let us know the rate and what you need for us to reserve it this early. Obviously, our plans are pretty tentative for next year, but we know we want to go again in Feb. We'll book as early as we can. 3/16-3/23/10 This was our first time staying in a vacation rental and I have to say "We Loved It." It was a dream come true made better because of your beautiful home, great tips, and the island magi. Thank you very much for all the amenities. We had everything we needed to watch those beautiful sunsets on the beach or even from our balcony. I especially liked the bedroom arrangement. Most 2nd bedrooms have twin beds so to find a queen bed was so nice. Of course I loved the walk in shower. the complex had everything available from swimming pools to being able to BBQ.
