Westridge Lodge is a luxurious, large 6,000+ sq. ft. ski-in/ski-out home located in prestigious Westridge Subdivision. WRL is just blocks from Main Street, backs up to the ski area and is steps away from summer hiking trails. An incredibly picturesque stream-fed lake stocked with Rainbow Trout and nestled in the pines is just behind our home and we are just a short hike to the Blue River trout stream. ABSOLUTELY the BEST LOCATION and RENTAL in Breckenridge.
Two luxurious King Bed master suites complete with moss rock fireplaces and sitting areas are located on the upper level. Eight foot French doors open into the Main-Master with King Bed, high end matresses, Moss Rock fireplace, high mounted flat-screen TV, deck with majestic moutain views, sitting area, and wet bar with under-counter Sub-Zero refrigerator and coffee maker (Enjoy your morning coffee, juice, and Danish or evening snack in the privacy of your master suite!). Bath has granite counter his and hers sinks, large shower and jacuzzi tub with beautiful Travertine Tiled heated floors. In addition to the two Master Suites, this level also has an office/loft and a built-in full-size washer/dryer.
The gourmet kitchen features slab granite countertops, a Viking 6 burner range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, two dishwashers, compactor, microwave, and a wet bar with built-in clear-ice machine. There are, of course, all of the quality small appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes one would expect in a home of this caliber.
The kitchen is also the center piece of a Very Large Great Room concept with a living/den, open breakfast area, open dining room, floor-to-ceiling moss rock fireplace, and massive two level floor-to-ceiling windows offering picture perfect views of Breckenridge. In addition, there is a refrigerator, washer/dryer, and half-bath in the hall to the HEATED deck were you will find a top-of-the-line extra large hot tub. The drive is also heated for snow free access. The two large main-level bedrooms each have two queen beds and private baths.
The lower level game room features a pool table, digital TV, moss rock fireplace, wet bar with Sub-Zero under counter refrigerator with ice maker, laundry room with washer and two dryers, and two extra large bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a King Bed and a Day/Trundle Bed with two single matresses while the other lower level bedroom has Two Queen Beds and a Day/Trundle bed with 2 matresses. All 6 bedrooms are very large and roomy with private closets and attached bathrooms. Each bath has shower or shower/tub and granite counter tops with two sinks and heated Travertine Tiled floors.
Deposits
60% Due At Time of Reservation. Balance is due 14 days out in Summer and 30 days out during ski season.
Cancellation:
If cancelled before full payment is taken (14 days out during non-ski season and 30 days out during ski season), deposit will be refunded minus an 18% cancellation fee. The reservation is fully non refundable inside 14 days in non-ski season and 30 days during ski season.
