This waterfront Lake Gaston home has wonderful views and an excellent location to enjoy on your vacation. The home is a 2000 sq ft open floor plan that has been completely renovated. New floors, bathrooms, kitchen, wet bar, new furniture, paint and HVAC system. Very comfortable from the moment you arrive. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; 1 king and 2 sets of bunk beds, with 2 full baths, living room and full kitchen. Like movies? There is a new flat screen TV in the livingroom and TV and/or DVD systems in each bedroom. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms; 1 queen and 2 twin beds with a pool table, bar area, bar refrigerator and two full baths. There is a laundry room on both floors with washer and dryer in each. There are eating areas located inside on both floors and outside on the house patio and on the boat dock deck.
The water is approximately 5ft deep at the end of the boat dock. There is also a sandy beach with a gradual slope into the lake, great for little kids! You will have plenty of area for a boat and jet skis to tie up and great fishing is right off the dock. The house is located in the middle of Lake Gaston, mile marker 12, NW quadrant, putting you close to all activities including the grocery store which is just 10 minutes away.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hidden gem on Lake Gaston. A beautifully decorated home with 2 levels. Very clean and inviting. The owners met us at the house to give us the keys. They were very friendly and made us feel at home. Although, we had 2 families that stayed at the house, this would also be a great romantic get away for a couple. Very peaceful and relaxing. With the family we did like the two levels because we had our own space downstairs. The deck is amazing!!!! It stretches from the house all the way down to the water. They have tables and chairs setup on the end of the deck over the lake, a wonderful place to watch the sunset and eat your dinner. You can also fish right off the dock. The local grocery store, Food Lion is less than 10 minutes away. There are not many grocery stores in the area, so being next to the Food Lion was a MUST for our family. We have rented many vacation homes in the past, this one is at the top of our list. We can't wait to return for another wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had an awesome time at this amazing lake house with incredible views from both the upper and lower decks. The house was beautiful on the inside and out and the owner was very friendly and very accommodating. It's also in a great location(on the main lake) which we really enjoyed. We had a fabulous vacation staying in this home last month. Everything was clean and new and we had everything we needed including a good air conditioning system when the temperature headed north of 100 degrees. The views were gorgeous! and we enjoyed our outings every other night to "The Pointe" for dinner and drinks at the "tiki" bar. The kids had a blast on the water trampoline and catching lots of fish at the end of the dock.
