Ocean Reef Condominiums offers this to you in its 23 story condominium complex. It is located approximately center way of County and City piers making it convenient to many of Panama City Beach's main attractions.
West of the condo will take you to Pier Park, the beach's newest shopping experience with it's 16 megaplex movie theater, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, and World Famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. No matter if you want to start your morning with a specialty espresso from Starbucks, then shop at one of over 150 stores, then do lunch at a variety of restaurants, browse the shops, take in a movie, or simply wind down with a cocktail, all this is possible at one location.
If this is not your style, you may want to take in a show at Gulf World or set aside some time to swim with the dolphins. The beautiful marine life is a crowd pleaser for all ages.
You can lounge by the pool, take a relaxing dip in the hot tub or walk along the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Our Penthouse is one of a kind and offers upgrades that you will find breathtaking. These include 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors and beautiful crown molding. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, making it an elegant dining area.
This 2 bedroom condo is equipped with king size beds in each bedroom making them both master suites. The first bedroom has a lovely "quietude" feeling about it with 32" swivel wall mounted LCD TV with built in DVD player. The Gulf view master bedroom offers a more sunny feel also equipped with a 32 " flat screen LCD TV.
The spacious living room is equipped with a Sony 46" LCD flat screen TV and DVD player, wireless internet, and HD TV is located in this area for your convenience.
These condominiums have large 10 x 28 balconies which set them aside from all the others.
Condo has washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom and the latest KABA door lock. These locks allow us to generate access codes for the guest depending on the dates of your stay so no keys are required.
The condo is also equipped with 4 beach chairs that you can take down on the beach by the water along with 2 large umbrellas and coolers.
NON SMOKING, NO PETS!! Must be 25 years old to rent. Renters must be the actual occupants staying in the condo during the entire rental period.
On May 23, 2010, Southwest Airlines will begin service to the New International Airport in Panama City Beach.

Thank you for letting us have such a great opportunity for our honeymoon. As many places as we have traveled, it has been by Far the nicest!!!!! The weather has been beautiful all week. We took a jet ski tour and got to swim with the dolphins. Shell Island was Beautiful!!!Thank you again for making this special time in our lives so memorable.

What an amazing view you have from this condo - In the morning we sat on the patio and while eating breakfast we watched sting rays & hammerhead sharks in the ocean and in the afternoon we watched the sunset! The condo was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything that you need for your stay at the Beach. This is the best condo that we have ever stayed at - and we will be returning!

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. Everything was just as it was listed. The pictures don't do the place justice. A few of our favoite things about the condo were the chairs and table on the balcony, the huge balcony, and the laundry room. The laundry room is located just inside the door which is great to store your beach supplies so you don't get sand everywhere. We also liked the fact that it was not a huge condo building because the beach was not nearly as crowded as some of the bigger buildings. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend the condo to anyone.

My family and I have booked this unit two years in a row and will continue to use this as our family vacation home away from home. Very tastefully decorated, the high celings give the feel of even a bigger space than it is, and its already big enough. The extra large balcony was a plus as we all played cards and had a good time with the ocean sounds in the background. Close proximity to to shopping and resturants but very quiet and private. Best place we have stayed. The owners are very nice and easy to work with.
