We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The view from the 22nd floor was amazing; we could see the light from the pleasure pier, the city, the sunset, and ocean, ocean, ocean. The owner was easy to work with and was responsive when we had minor issues on check-in. The great thing about Palisade Palms is that it is right on the beach. We were able to set up our umbrella and chairs in the morning and pop into the pool and back up to the room (while still being able to see our "spot" on the beach) throughout the day. If you love looking out and seeing the ocean, this unit is perfect. The unit is bright and sunny (so if you are sensitive to light early in the morning, bring your sleep mask). It was a nice bonus having laundry facilities in the unit- this allowed us to always have fresh beach towels. The den area, as currently utilized, is not very useful- but perhaps the owners will be able to add some sleep accommodations to this area in the future to accommodate larger parties. The unit is accurately advertised though and the owners were very clear that this was not additional sleeping space. An amazing thing about this unit is the storage space. You will definitely not have to trip over your luggage! We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we enjoyed ours!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a blast! Loved the unit, the secluded beach, and the secure access to the property. The pool was cool and not too crowded, even on the weekend. We stayed for two weeks and can't wait to plan another trip. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. The place was roomy and had plenty of closet space. Our boys did not want to leave! And the views were spectacular from the living area and both bedrooms. Thanks to the owners for giving us such a wonderful summer vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our first time to stay at Palisade Palms and it was fabulous! The condo was very elegant and layout was perfect with the Master Suite. The view from the 22nd floor (facing the beach and west side) gave us a front row seat for the fireworks event. We are already trying to plan our next trip back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
