  The house was in excellent condition and was much more than expected. The property as well as the house was very well maintained and up to date with appliances. We used this house for a 14 person bachelor party and we had more than enough room for everyone. The location was great, we were less than a mile to the beach it was an easy drive but it was much better to walk through the beautiful town. The casinos were just a short drive away which was really what we were looking for. It was a very short drive to local grocery and convenience stores, as well as a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. The first night of arrival there was a hurricane and we ended up losing power for our entire 3 night stay, but the owner was extremely helpful with this situation and generously refunded a portion of the money spent on the rental. Spent most of the time outside on the deck looking over the bay anyway. Great deal for the price paid. Looking forward to renting this property again, and would highly recommend this property.

  Everything about this home is just ideal for a family vacation, starting with the facilities: three good size bedrooms plus a master bedroom that is enormous, 3 baths, a living room/den area that is really spacious and really comfy (plus a bar), up to date electronics, high speed internet, full kitchen, extra fridge in the garage which comes in handy, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, magnificent deck, comfy deck chairs, dock, beautiful sunsets, air conditioning that really works, garage, bikes, kayak, an a site manager who is extremely helpful and responsive. My wife and I rented the house for our ourselves and oue three kids with their spouses for the week of our daughter's wedding in Atlantic City. The house was really comfy for our family to relax in prior to the wedding. We entertained guests several nights with plenty of room to spare - the BBQ and bar really made it easy. The wedding party was able to do their hair and make-up in spacious surroundings and the photographer chose the picturesque dock as location to shoot the groom seeing his bride for the first time. All our kids want to know is when can we coordinate dates to rent it again next year.

  This home looks even more beautiful in person than online! There are no words to describe the magnificent view from the back deck and pier. That same view can be had from two of the bedrooms, including the master BR. The main floor features an airy open floor plan that is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I don't love to cook, I actually enjoyed it in this house because the kitchen was delightful and it had an amazing view of the bay. My family and I hope to return to this vacation house again and again!

  We have met once a year for a weekend with a group of friends from "our youth" for sixteen years. We need a rental home in an interesting location with four bedrooms and at least two and a half baths. This house on the Bay in Margate is the nicest place we have ever rented----by far. We would love to go back in the future. Seven critical people could find nothing wrong with it. The view was fantastic, the accomodations were great (beds great too), and spaces for chatting and visiting were abundant (for smaller groups or the whole gang. Everything we needed was there. The area was beautiful with interesting places to visit near by-----from wildlife preserves to the casinos of Atlantic City. And more! Just sitting and watching the birds and the boats was wonderful. The manager was easy to deal with----honest, helpful, and responsive. Stay here if you can. PS----Jo=Jo's has great pizza!

  We had a wonderful time at this Margate bay side retreat. Spectacular sun set views with a tranquil and relaxing feeling both inside and outside of the unit. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Sleeps 12 people nicely with many amenities. A must see and a must rental!!

  We just got home today from spending a week in this beautiful house on the bay and I want to pack up the car and go back right now! This house had everything we needed for a comfortable 8 day stay. The view from the patio is amazing and we had a great time sitting on the dock watching the 4th of July fireworks! So close to the beach ~~ a wonderful place to relax ~~ yet close to the fun at the Casino's in Atlantic City. This house is ideal for a multi-family vacation because it sleeps 12 people very comfortably. Love it!

  My husband & I live in the South Jersey area but rented this house for a special occasion. It could not have been more beautiful!! The house is gigantic & can fit many people, if necessary. Big enough for 2 or three families. The view of the sunset can not be described in words. There are is such a variety of things to do in this area, but we chose to enjoy the house & deck. I would definitely rent this place again.

  This rental (and landlord) were incredible! I just got back from staying at this luxurious bay-front rental for memorial day weekend and was delighted with my stay. This house has it all and is HUGE! It sleeps 14 comfortably (7 beds!) and has amenities galore! Amazing location in Margate with relaxing dock and grille right on the bay! Everything has been redone/renovated and is waiting for you to enjoy/relax/unwind and truly forget about it all. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Be sure to rent in advance as this place will be sure to fill up quick! Will definitely be returning many, many times and cannot wait!
