Lovely updated family friendly condo with the best views! The large balcony is a great place to gather to enjoy the breeze off the beach while you read or visit with family and friends. We have tried to think of every amenity we need when we visit the beach and hope you will find it meets your every need. The wrap around balcony means that you have beach views on two walls in the living room/dining area as well as each bedroom opens to the side balcony - so everybody can go to sleep with the lulling sounds of the gulf! The living room features a white leather sofa and love seat - large enough for two children to sleep on. The flat screen TV in the living room will be enjoyed by all at the end of the day when it's time for a movie! The large dining area is open to the living room and with all the windows, you can fully enjoy the views from both! The spacious kitchen has been upgraded with slab granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has an island which is helpful when everyone gathers in the kitchen for cooking! The beds are all very comfy, just what you need after a long day at the beach! Flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms.
The building has two elevators to make it easy to bring up all your goodies from shopping! You'll love the large pool area complete with a 'kiddie' pool, all on the beach side, and convenient bathrooms by the pool and a shady area to have a snack! For those of you who like to swim in the cooler months, you will really enjoy our large, separate indoor pool, which is housed in the same building as our sauna and work out room!!!
Windward Pointe 1206 truly has everything you need for a fun vacation.
Nearby are restaurants, Souvenir city, and grocery stores less than 1 mile away. Bicycle and walking paths in the state parks is another fun activity, and plenty of movies, shopping, and amusement parks/putt putt golf are all near by!

Why the Owner Chose Windward PointeWe own several condos in Orange Beach - all in this general area since it is so convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Our friend chose this unit once he saw this fabulous balcony! We wanted a unit that had lots of natural light and we loved the windows all around the living and dining room - which makes the condo feel even larger. The kitchen size was also a plus, especially because there are always so many people gathered in there! And, of course, we loved all the updated features of the property including the custom curtains and furniture.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe can all spend hours visiting on the balcony and entertaining friends there since there is plenty of room for everybody!! We also love all the light from the windows, especially during the winter, which is also a great time to spend a day at the indoor pool.

My husband and I own this unit with a dear friend whom we have been trying to get to join us here for years to enjoy the beach with his family. I am also a Realtor in Baton Rouge, LA and also have many contacts in Gulf Shores, AL for those who enjoy their visit here so much that they would like to buy a vacation home/condo here too!!

Just returned from a week, of white sand, warm gulf water, great views from the deck, in this very comfortable condo. We wish we could have stayed longer, couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thank you for the use of you vacation home. Every thing was just as stated, and i would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a week of fun and relaxation.

We stayed in this condo in May '11 and had a fantastic experience. The condo was very well maintained, offered all the amenities our family was looking for, and in the perfect location. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and stocked appropriately. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook for our family for the week. The condo also had indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms, and workout rooms. All very nice and well maintained.
