Tops'l is a "Top 50 US Tennis Resort" located on 52 acres and bordered by sugary-white beaches and a state nature preserve. Tops'l is on the beach between Sandestin Golf Resort on the west side and The Sierra Club Nature Preserve on the east side. My unit is about 1200 square feet and is a short stroll to the beach. There is also a shuttle service that runs throughout the property all year.
You will have access to three outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, and one indoor pool. The main pool overlooks the ocean where a band plays during the summer. There is a private pool and hot tub located at the Summit building.

If golf is your game, there are some of the best golf courses in North Florida located within two miles of Tops'l. Incredible restaurants and shops are located very close to the resort. The Ocean Club restaurant is located on the property and is one of the area's best. If needed, child services are also available on the property so the adults can enjoy a night out.
This property sleeps six people. There is a king-size bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size, pull-out sofa sleeper in the den. Linens are provided as well as kitchen essentials.
Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss
equal to the advance payment made (up to a maximum of
15% of the total due).
15% deposit is needed to make reservation, balance is due 4 days prior to arrival.
