Fully equiped Luxury townhome, like new in and out. 18 acres of grounds with 900 feet of waterfront at Lake Chelan Shores, just 2 miles from town. 5 swimming pools, hot tub, racquet ball and nicest complete commercial quality FITNESS center in Chelan. 6 lighted tennis courts. Master bedroom on ground floor with king bed, 50' HDTV, Blue Ray player and i-pod dock. Full kitchen, full laundry, 58' HDTV in living room with THX surround sound, Blue Ray, and i-pod dock. WIRELESS internet. TWO patios: Large lakeside ground floor patio right off the living room. Separate side patio with large new stainless propane BBQ. Upstairs queen loft with 2 bunk beds and separate bath and TV. Boat and Jet Ski rental available 200 feet from your door. I only rent my impeccably maintained, and equipped home about 7 weeks in the summer and use it the rest of the time myself. Most of my renters are repeat families who return each year or by word of mouth endorsements. 7 night minimum in the summer. *April-May Spring Specials, $275/night +$75 cleaning, 3 night minimum in the Spring or Fall. 7 night minimum in summer @ $2,800/week.
*I also own Unit 1-6, upstairs in same building w/ same floor plan and the following specific entire weeks only: $1,200/wk of June 7-14th; $1,600/week June 14-21; $2,400/wk June 28-July 5th; $2,200 wk August 30-Sept 6; $1,600/wk Sept 6-Sept 13th. Ask me for details.

The description of this Chelan townhome does not do it justice. This home is tastefully decorated with everything one could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. It was extremely clean and equipped with only the best quality furnishings. The views from this unit, of the sparkling, sunlit Lake Chelan are unmatched. Whether swimming in the lake, playing tennis, or visiting the nearby town, there is no shortage of activities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this townhome and are planning to go back again this summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why own a boat or jetski? I can walk 100 feet from my door and rent one when I'm in the mood. It's already in the water and ready to go. When I'm done with it, I walk away and it's their problem! Chelan Shores is close to town (2 mi) if you need to run and get something, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The impecably maintained spacious grounds and manicured parklike setting give you room to roam. We have the finest commercial quality fully equipped exercise facility in Lake Chelan.
