  This is a FIVE star unit! Everything about this unit is excellent including the TV's, central air, king size bed and space utilization. This was our 5th visit to Hilton Head and this unit has everything you need or want for a stay at the beach. There is also a good view of the beach. A special thanks to Sherrie and Larry for the gift basket we found upon our arrival. We highly recommend this unit if you are planing a visit to Hilton Head.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We were so pleased with our recent vacation at Seaside Villas. This was the first time using VRBO, but it definitely won't be the last! This villa was even better than expected. I spent a lot of time reviewing each unit after making the decision to stay at Seaside Villas, and this unit had everything we were looking for. When we arrived, we were elated to find that it looked even better than the photos! We have stayed in condos that were not exactly as described, but this was everything and more! The bed felt amazing (the pillows to me were better than my tempurpedic at home), and the balcony gave a comforting sense of privacy. I would also like to say thanks to Sherrie and Larry for a fabulous vacation and for the amenities and hospitality! We are looking forward to returning!

  We have stayed at Sea Side Villas multiple times and this unit was by far the best! The decor and layout of the villa was perfect. Every square inch of the villa was well thought-out and maximized the use of space. The beds were very comfortable...and having central air was spoiling! The appliances in the kitchen were top of the line and the fancy shower was fabulous. The attention to every detail is hard to match. Sherrie and Larry also made us feel very welcome with the basket of goodies they provided! We will certainly recommend this unit to friends and family who plan to visit HHI.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  The condo remodel has been done to a very high standard with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance and bathroom fitments. Quality has been provided in every detail and every extra that we could have possibly wished for was provided.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We had an amazing time! Everything in the villa was simply perfect. The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay.

  What a great condo! The remodel and decor was done perfectly. The goodie basket was great and the whole unit A/C was nice and cool. We found "The place to stay" in Hilton Head! Thank you again for offering us such a wonderful place to stay.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  The pictures of this unit tells it all, everything was just perfect. So clean and had everything a person would need. Check in was so easy and fast. Places we eat include The Old Oyster Factory, Big Bamboo, Skillets, Mellow Mushroom and Bomboras Grille. We had a great time and hope to return next year. Thank you Sherrie and Larry for a week in your villa.

  we were so fortunate to find this villa on VRBO....it is without a doubt, the loveliest, most comfortable unit we've stayed in....so many upscale touches. cannot wait to go back soon and often!

  Dear Sherrie, my daughters and I want to thank you again for the wonderful time we had in your condo during our Spring break vacation this year. The villa is awesome and beautifully decorated. We loved the view, the upscale appliances but most of all your personal “touch” and attention towards us. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend your villa to family and friends.
