Sandcastle Dreams features 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and boasts 5,300 square feet of living space with a detached carriage house and approximately 2000 square feet of outdoor living space! This vacation home is professionally decorated and lavishly furnished! This beautiful beach home will sleep up to 20 people; perfect for large gatherings and entertaining.
Sandcastle Dreams is centrally located on Scenic Gulf Drive within walking distance of the Crab Trap restaurant and a short distance to fine dining and shopping. This is an excellent location with the beach less than a 1 minute walk away. Enjoy your own private oasis with a large saltwater pool overlooking the Destiny Lake. Sandcastle also features a gourmet outdoor kitchen , perfect for poolside entertainment!The living room features oversized windows, with designer furnishings one would expect in a luxury home. A flat screen television is mounted above the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main house has six bedrooms; 2 on the first level and four on the second level. The carriage house has one bedroom. The first level bedding has a king and a queen, both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions. The second level bedding has a king with private bathroom, one queen with a private bathroom and a queen. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The carriage house is equipped with a main living area, kitchenette, 2 queen beds and a full bath. Come stay at this DREAM for a lasting lifetime of memories!

We have rented this house for 3 three years now. We stayed for company retreat and golfing trip this time. Always we enjoyed a big pool. We loved gulf and lake view from both sides of the house. We booked one week during July as usual. We may come back for company retreat this fall.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This house was perfect for this year's beach trip for my family and I. I am looking to stay there again next summer! Experience could not be better. My little bro and his cousin are trying to make a tour video for the trip. Check out channel on YouTube TheVidgamefreak for the video (once it has sound!).Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

I stayed here with 12 other family members in April, 2012. The house had just gone under some renovations according to the management company and everything was great upon arrival. We loved the location as it was only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The pool overlooking the lake is also huge. (We felt lucky after seeing so many small pools in the area) The concierge with Five Star set us up with a full day charter trip which was amazing! We caught plenty of snapper and the ladies were kind enough to cook it up when we got home that evening :) We cooked every single meal at the home and the house was well stocked with everything needed. The last night we did go to Sushi Moto for sushi which was on par with some of the best sushi joints that I've been to. Overall this was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. I would definitely stay at this home or any that Five Star represents on our next trip!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed in this rental for a week for family reunion. The house is very nice but the house had several issues that apparently wasn't inspected prior to our stay. Pool and grill were dirty. When we placed groceries in the refrigerator two of the shelves gave way. The dishes (pots & pans) were only a few pieces and they were dirty, burnt old food, and the rest were rusted. The maintenance guy took pictures of it. No TV remote for the main TV. They advertised a crib which was huge, old and broken I had to ask them to haul it off and microwave went out. There were several pieces of broken furniture thrown in closets etc.... No remotes to the garage. I spent the first 2.5 days of my stay on the phone with maintenance, the property manager and ended in an argument with the rental company owner "Josh." Five Star beach rental owner Josh was a total jerk and very unprofessional. I expressed to him how of an inconvience it was spending 2.5 days asking for theses things to be fixed and replaced. I had guest there that had to watch people in and out and me on the phone constantly. "Josh" advised me things happen and the things would get fixed and that he rents places worth more than that particular one. After further research and inquiring about this rental company they are not the people to rent from. I will never rent from this company again. There are other companies in the area with more experience and better customer satisfaction. I spoke to contractors in the area who gave me advise. Do not rent from this company!!!! They were very rude. They (Five Star) advised me to be out promptly by 10am on Sunday and not in before 4pm upon checking in but they didn't mind interrupting my stay I paid good money for for two half days. The cleaning crew were there at 930am on sunday I had to run them off. Do your research before renting from this company.
