Why the Owner Chose Grandview
After years of skiing at Breckeridge we decided to purchase a condo that we could use and share with others. Breckeridge has always been a favorite ski area of mine and the additions over the last few years have made a great ski area even better.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is has two bedrooms and 2 bath that is affordable and walking distance to the ski slpes. We have updated it over the years and makes a nice, cozy place to stay.

Grab the shuttle to Peak 7, Peak 8, downtown, Frisco/dillion or other ski areas
Owner's Map of Grandview

Can't beat ski-in ski-out access. It was nice being on the ground level and there was plenty of room for my family (6 members). Chad was nice enough to suggest dining locations that fit what we were looking for and the town of Breckenridge was quaint yet lively. The ski conditions were very good, lots of snow and runs with different skill levels. I'm sure we will stay there again on our next trip! Thanks Chad!!

Let me start by saying that Mr. Johnson is one of the most accomadating owners I have ever met. I only wish he would have owned one of the many places I lived while I was going to college. It was during this time that some friends and I started making annual trips to Colorado to go snowboarding. After having stayed in Vail, Keystone, and Breckenridge we decided the fourth year that we would like to go back to Breckenridge. So again I started searching for places to stay around Breckenridge and thats when I met Mr. Johnson. Considering price and location it was the easiest vacation decision I've ever made. When we arrived it continued to surpass our expectations. I see that in his description he describes it as a short walk to the 4 o'clock run. That's very modest. In truth, you walk about fifteen feet to the road, strap in and can ride the hundred remaining feet to the entrance of the trail. The road is a very, very mild slope so the walk back isn't bad at all. If you've never stayed this close to a trail, than you are truely missing out. It's so easy to come and go whether you want to take a break and warm up or grab some lunch you just can't beat it. The condo and complex itself is great we've never had any problems with any neighbors it's not party central but you can definitely party there just show respect for your neighbors and clean up after yourselves. From the condo it's just a short drive down ski hill road and you're in downtown Breckenridge. I dare you to try to find a better more reasonable place in Breckenridge. I've stayed in this condo for three consecutive years(this winter will be number four) for a week at a time and as long as I can continue to go to Colorado for vacation, I won't even bother looking anywhere else. Thank you for all the great memories Mr. Johnson, and to all of you would be renters, you better check with me first to make sure that I don't want to go home that week :)

We have stayed in this condo the past two years, and have already booked it for our trip in January. Owner is very easy to work with, and we have had no issues with the process or the condo itself. This condo is very reasonably priced and an excellent value. The first floor unit is great for unloading/loading your vehicle, and also makes for easy access when you're tired at the end of the day. Great place, will definitely continue to stay there when we make our annual trip.
