You already know that you want to stay in Holiday Surf and Racquet Club (especially since it is right on the beach, and in the heart of Destin), but did you know that all units are not created equal!
Why should you stay in Unit 103? Because of these UPSCALE elements, including:
1. GROUND FLOOR UNIT!
Obviously, there are only a few ground floor units, and many of them are in the noisy pool area. This unit is on the west end of the building, away from the noisy pool area.
2. CLEAN LEATHER FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM
Leather is much easier to clean, and it is a must in these rental units on the beach!
3. 2 QUEEN BEDS IN THE BEDROOM
Many people pick this unit just for this reason. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so two couples can easily share this unit.
4. BEACH SERVICE! You'll receive 2 beach chairs and an umbrella during "prime season" (approximately, March 15 - October 31). Most of these VRBO® units don't come with the house beach service!
5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - If you have a problem, you can go to the front desk! We always book our guests through the on site rental program, so you can easily get help if you need it (24/7); you don't have to try to track down an owner who may live in another part of the country. You also can take advantage of the 2 times/week LINEN EXCHANGE! We always book our discounted guests through the front desk so you have someone to go to 24/7 in case there are problems. Other VRBO® units won't offer this important benefit.
6. OTHER UPGRADES - You'll find granite counter tops in the kitchen, upgraded tile throughout the unit, among other things!
