  Our bedroom suite was clean, extremely comfy and I felt like a queen staying there! The service was over the top! Food in the resturant exceptional and the location can not be beat! Great for a honeymoon or a special anniversary. We enjoyed it as our first trip to Niagara Falls and especially appreciated that we could walk across the street and be at the falls. The US side is not as nice as the Canadian side, but if you are looking for quiet and romantic, pick this place! We spent two nights then wen ton to Toronto for a couple nights. Great trip!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  My wife and I (and in-laws and sons) have stayed here 4 or 5 times (we know it as the Red Coach Inn). We usually visit at the 4th of July if we can. You can walk over to the Falls to see the fireworks. They also have fireworks at the Falls over the weekends during the summer. You can walk to Canada from here (yes walk!). The view of the Falls from the bridge is fantastic. You can also walk to the Senaca Casino. You won't get better accomodations on the US side of the border this close to the Falls. We've never had a bad experience staying here. They also have a very good restaurant. The only negative thing I can say is that Niagara Falls New York is not as nice as Niagara Falls Canada (not even close). Its a real shame. We will be staying here again sometime this summer (2010) but have other plans this year for the 4th. While staying here some of our favorite things to do are to ride the rapids ride in Lewiston New York (you'll get wet!!!), drive up to Niagara-on-the-Lake in Canada (you'll fall in love with this place! Its a must do. Take the carrage ride when you get up there (30 minute drive excluding how long it takes to get into Canada), eat at the Boathouse in Wilson, New York, and just enjoy the summer weather. Again, Niagara Falls Canada has many, many things to do and see. My wife would not be happy if I didn't mention the Murphy Orchards in Nigara County. They have the best cherries she's ever had (in mid-July). Pick your own or buy them at their store. It was also a underground location for slaves before the civil war. The fishing is fantastic too (hint - Burt Dam in Burt, New York on 18 mile creek) (but I didn't tell you that). Bottom line, if you are going to stay on the US side and can afford it, this is the place to stay.
