  We had a great time! The place was clean with nice furniture. The place was well equipped with all the extras to enjoy Sandpiper Cove..tennis racquets, golf clubs, fishing rods, and all types of beach stuff. We had several rainy days so the board games helped entertain the family. The unit was a little noisy from the upstairs neighbors. The unit was had a great location other than being beachfront. It was very close to the pool, tennis courts, and the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place on our most relaxing vacation to date.

  This was our second stay at The Gathering Place and, once again, we had a wonderful vacation. The condo is very well kept, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need while away from home, and the owners have thought of many extras that you might not realize you need. Golf clubs, beach supplies, tennis racquets... The condo is in a lovely, quiet setting with beautiful views of the bay on the canal. Beautiful white sand beaches are a short walk, or you can drive and park in the private Sandpiper Cove parking lot. We love eating at Rick's Sand Trap right at the SPC beach! Thanks again, Bruce.

  We want to thank you for allowing us to rent your unit for the past week. We had a great time and really appreciate the use of the sand chairs, the umbrella and the large tube. The unit was just great, light and airy and furnished quite nicely. There is nothing like a Destin Gulf vacation. Water is absolutely beautiful.

  Well we can't say enough about "THE GATHERING PLACE ", Beautifull condo.. clean and spaceous and bright.....everything you could ask for and more. I think we had the best spot in the resort. the boys had great fun fishing in the canal everyday from our back patio .Played golf and enjoyed the walkes around the area. Pools right there beside us., friendly neighbours everywhere. Bruce you didn't leave anything out , there were golf clubs, beach chairs, fishing rods and everything else you could possible need for enjoyment. Also the kitchen was well supplied with everything expect the food ,,,And lucky for us the boys did most of the cooking ,talk about a vacation. Anyway if you are looking for a wonderfull condo in a great park ......this is the one for you. ..... .Thanks Again Bruce,..... The Turnbulls from .....Nova Scotia Canada

  We spent 4 days enjoying the Condo and the beach. One of our favorite late afternoon activities was to eat our lunch on the back balcony and watch the fish and turtles. The Condo is equipped with all the beach equipment for both youth and older visitors. We were able to prepare any kind of meals we wanted because the kitchen was set up like a home setting. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, We could choose from a variety of pools and could walk around within the gated community. You can check out the pictures and get an true and accurate description but you must visit to see how clean and well maintained we found the condo,We found the owner stress-free and helpful in responding to our emails and able to answer our questions. We have been encouraging our friends and relatives to stay here. And we certainly want to plan another visit to this Condo.ASAP.

  The Gathering Place is a great little condo. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious. The balcony overlooks the canal, and made it so convenient for access to our boat. The beach is beautiful, and we really loved the little snack bar on the beach - great menu and drink variety! Sandpiper staff was very courteous and helpful.

  We enjoyed our stay at your condo. There are more than enough supplies in your home! There were 4 adults and a baby there most of our visit and we fit very well! The sunset from the balcony is gorgeous and we saw some of the biggest hermit crabs we have EVER seen! The restaurant on campus was excellent. It is only a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed every minute of the white sand and blue water. Renting an umbrella and chairs on the beach is the way to go and the beach bar has plenty of good food and drinks! Thank you for the hospitality! We will be staying again!

  We enjoyed our vacation at The Gathering Place. We have been visiting the white sand beaches at Sandpiper Cove for about 11 years. Your condo is very clean and comfortable, bright and cheery. Many details were included which helped make the vacation fun from beach supplies to tennis racquets to golf clubs. It was enjoyable to watch the boats coming in the canal from the deck and the condo location was very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to our next stay!

  We so enjoyed our stay at your vacation home. I used to own 2 condos in Destin myself that I rented out and I have vacationed at Sandpiper Cove for many years. Your condo is the best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. From the great beach chairs, golf equipment and vast sand play things and not to mention how well the kicthen is equipped. We can't wait to come stay again at your vacation home.
