This is a beautifully appointed, quiet and cozy, Ski-In/Ski-Out getaway with private HOT TUB nestled in the quaint ski village of the Whitefish Mountain Resort, formerly the Big Mountain.
Our home away from home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with sleeping loft accommodating 6-8 comfortably.
On the main floor of the townhome is the "Moose Bedroom" with a comfortable KING-size log bed. Also on the main floor is a bathroom with tub and shower, small laundry and boot room. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room area all furnished in rustic logs for a warm and rustic feel. There is a spacious, wrap-around deck with private hot tub just a few steps out the sliding doors from the dining room.
Up the spiral staircase to the second floor, you will find the cozy "Pine Cone Bedroom" with QUEEN-size log bed and "Bear Bedroom" with two TWIN beds and flatscreen TV/DVD. The sleeping loft, has a comfortable QUEEN-size log futon. The second bath with shower and bathtub is on this floor.
Enjoy the serenity of the great outdoors in your own private hot tub on your own private deck. This townhome is the perfect family or golf getaway. And best of all, you can ski right to your back door after a fun and exhausting day on the slopes.
Our well-maintained, home away from home, is privately owned and managed. Because the owners, Cindy and Bill, do not employ a property manager, we are able to offer reasonable rates and personalized service. We are "locals" and know the area. Please feel free to call us with any questions.

Because of the shuttle service, many of our guests choose not to rent a car. The Whitefish Mountain Resort and Whitefish have plenty of wonderful restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

My family stayed at San Souci in August. The accomodations were wonderful. After a day of hiking in Glacier Park it was great to grill dinner on the deck, soak in the hot tub and relax while the kids watched movies on TV. The welcome basket was a considerate touch. A call from Cindy was the first time in all our vacation rentals that an owner called to make sure that everything was OK. I would recommed rental of San Souci to anyone staying in the area.

This condoi is located in a great place on the hill and Cindy is the BEST hostess we have ever experienced! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and the ski hill was great for all the ski levels in our family. Will definitely be returning again. Thanks Cindy!!

This was our first holiday together as a blended family. The condo was gorgeous and very well equipped. Even nicer than the photos suggested. We had a really great time and would definately do this again. Cindy was awesome to deal with and even provided us with a christmas tree and ornaments which added to the ambiance in the condo. The welcome gift basket and the note on the chalk board was a nice touch. Thank you very much.

Howdy, We plan a winter retreat every year (7 years running) and have stayed at multiple locations on Big Mountain. The San Souci is probably the best overall house we have rented. Between the ski-in and ski-out ease, incredibly clean condo, gas grill on the deck, and big hot-tub, it's an ideal set-up. Plus the owners add so many personal and thoughtful touches - from the welcome phone call to make sure you have arrived safely, to her willingness to pick-up lift tickets, to the welcome basket of goodies upon arrival, it's like staying at your favorite aunt's condo ! Thanks Cindy and Bill for making our annual Whitefish trip such a special experience. See you again this January.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. We felt as though we were staying in a luxury cabin. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to stretch out and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing board games. You are a short 10 minute drive for shopping and restaurants. The owners were easy to work with and the property was clean and very well maintained. I would happily recommend this property and hope to visit again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci last week, and hope that someday we can return during the ski season, as the location at the base of Whitefish Resort is perfect. The private hot tub was popular with everyone and the condo is a very comfortable place for a family trip. We had a great 55th anniversary dinner for my parents at McGarry's in Whitefish and also enjoyed a meal at The Shak. There is so much to do an see in the Whitefish area that we look forward to returning in the future.

Your property is perfect....clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We were in the area for a labor day weekend wedding and spent five days and four nights at your beautiful mountain home. Our two adult children joined us and loved your place as much as we did! Your hospitality....from the delicious contents of the welcome basket to your communiques to your genuine warmth.....were great touches. The weather was lovey..clear, brilliant blue, sunny sky and your location allowed us to quickly jaunt between Glacier National Park and the surrounding cities. We often wondered why so many of our friends' children have never left Montana after attending college there and now we know why. Thanks for helping to make our stay in Montana absolutely perfect!

This property is actually much nicer than this complete set of pictures even depict. The biggest advantage for us (two couples) was having two floors each complete with our own suites. It is very tastefully appointed with items that reflect the geographical area. This unit could easily sleep 8 people so the 4 of us had lots of room and actually used one of the bedrooms for our bags. The other big advantage is the location. You can see the general area where this condo is located at the base of Big Mountain from all over the Whitefish area. It beckons you back home!

Our family of four recently stayed at Cindy & Bill's condo up on Big Mountain, loved every minute of it. It is like a home away from home. I can't think of one thing that we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Very comfortable and cozy, easy to unwind and begin our vacation. Sitting in the private hot tub became one of our evening rituals, we all had a wonderful sleep afterwards. We spent most of our time in and around Whitefish but did go on a short hike in the area which was wonderful especially seeing the deer just behind the condo. This is our second time staying at Sans Souci and it definitely won't be our last. Cindy was incredibly helpful with booking as well as information about the area. Another special feature was the gift basket that greeted us upon our arrival plus the welcome note on the blackboard. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this condo. Thanks again to Cindy & Bill.

We just returned from an excellent stay at this condo. The condo is really nice and exactly as the pictures show. We especially enjoyed the outdoor private hot tub after a day of white-water rafting. The unit is extremely clean and well-stocked and the gift basket was a really nice touch. We rent a lot of VRBO places and this is one of the best without a doubt. Thanks Cindy! We'll be sure to recommend your place to others looking for a great Whitefish place to stay.
