  This is our second trip to Panama City Beach and to this condo. This condo is outstanding in every aspect. Location is ideal, reserved parking is very convenient, beds and beddings are all top notch, the balcony is undoubtedly the largest on the strip, kitchen utensils are all there and furnishings are excellent. It is close to Pier Park, many restaurants and other shopping areas. Lynn is very accommodating, fair, professional and prompt in communicating with us. We would certainly return to this condo on our next visit to PCB.

  We had the best vacation ever! This condo was absolutely beautiful. Lynn was extremely helpful in our booking. This was the cleanest Condo that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in plenty. This is actually the first condo that we did not have to clean the sliding glass doors before we could see out of them. This place was so clean. The maid at this unit does an excellent job. We had so much room and the balcony was second to none (huge!!!) The furnishing's inside and out were just beautiful and we loved having the flat screen Tv's in each of the rooms...We couldn't have ask for anything better. The beach chairs were great and there was 5 extra ones in the condo. Plenty of floats, etc. for everyone..There is just so much that I could say about this wonderful condo, but it would take so much space to say every thing..Thanks again Lynn and family for sharing your paradize away from home with us...We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This has been our first time in Panama City Beach and this condo is first class. Thanks to the owner for being helpful in our booking. The condo has excellent amenities-the beds and mattresses are very comfortable, dishes and cutlery are first rate, the linens are exceptional and the balcony is second to none--HUGE. The flat screen tv's add a professional touch to it all. What a great place to stay and such an accommodating owner. Hope to be back again. Al?Bonnie Exeter, On, Canada

  My husband and I took my 80 year old mother to this amazing condo this past October. We spent 4 nights here and wish we could have stayed forever! We chose this condo because of the amazing balcony photos. The balcony lived far beyond our expectations. My mother was unable to get to the beach but found such enjoyment and relaxation in this beautiful outdoor living area! What wonderful memories we made! The inside of this condo could not have been better. Both master bedrooms face the gulf, which seems to be a hard thing to find in PCB. The kitched was stocked beyond any of our expectations. We did not need to bring half of what we did! I can not say enough nice things about this condo and the owners. They care about this special home and it shows! We have rented in PCB for many years, but can honestly say that this will be the condo that we will return to year after year. Thank you Lynn for providing such an amazing vacation home for us to enjoy. Jennifer

  Beautiful condo!!! I love this place! The location is perfect. We walked to pier park several times and I love that it's close enough to drive over to Rosemary Beach for a great dinner. I highly recommend Restaurant Paradis. It's pricey, but if you go early they have specials. Look into it before you go. I've been here twice now. Once with the girls and once with my husband and another couple. Everyone wants to go back. Now I'm watching the availability so I get to pick the dates we want to go. It seems to fill up quite quickly. Definitety worth it!!! The balcony can't be beat. It's cozy yet huge! Can't wait to be back there this August!!!

  My family stayed in this unit for the week of July 17, 2010 and we were all very pleased with the unit. All the furnishings/linens/kitchen wares were top notch and we had everything we needed to relax and feel pampered. It was nice to have the extra beach stuff that was provided such as extra beach chairs and beach toys. The balcony is AMAZING and is truly like having a second living area...we drank our coffee every morning watching the water and dolphins and grilled out twice with the nice grill that is provided. As for the complex, the only negative I can state is that the pool is very small and the hot tub was just barely kept lukewarm at best and parking is VERY tight...overall we had an amazing week and would highly reccommend this unit. The owner is very friendly and did a great job keeping us up-to-date on the oil scare and even offered us a great refund policy on the chance that our trip was affected.

  This is a beautiful property in the perfect location, it is spotless, spacious, light and airy. The balcony is amazing and the view is second to none. The facilities are very well maintained, the beach is not crowded and you are close to all of the local attractions. The photos are just a hint of how amazing this property really is. The dual master suites are large and comfortable, and the layout is perfect for multiple couples or families. The beach is beautiful, the reserved beach lounge chairs and umbrella are a very nice touch, as are the pool and hot tubs overlooking the beach. The owners are wonderful to work with and you can tell that they love the condo and want your stay to be a dream. We highly recommend this property and will be going back!

  The Photos in this listing do not do this place justice. My family of 7 had more than enough room with each their own sleeping space. All amenities as advertised and then some. The condo is beautifully decorated with a spa retreat atmosphere. The furniture is modern and comfortable; the appliances new, even the cookware and silverware are nice. The weather during our stay was less than desirable, so the enormous balcony loaded with fine patio furniture was welcome relief each day as the rain kept us off the beach. The west end location is quiet and not crowded at all. The best part of this place is the personal attention the owner gave to our needs especially during the uncertainty of the oil spill. It has been a pleasure working with this VRBO owner every step of the way. We will certainly book this condo again and again.

  We loved our stay at this condo! Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom) and a huge balcony. This place is brand new and loaded with beautiful furniture, linens, and decorations. Condo is filled with flat-screen HDTVs and wireless internet as well. The building is new and many units are still empty - so there is plenty of parking and the pool/beach are not crowded. We loved the huge balcony, patio furniture, and the 2 free beach chair rentals on the beach. The condo has a nice indoor/outdoor pool, indoor 2 person hot tub, sauna, work out room, and a huge hot tub overlooking the gulf. This unit is very close to the elevator which makes it very convenient. The property was very clean and well maintained. This condo was a great value and the owner was very easy to work with and always replied to any communication very quickly. We spent a lot of time at Pier Park, which is right down the street. We loved the pizza from Panama Pizzeria - which is very close as well. We hope to visit this condo again soon - highly recommend!
