This Beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bathrooms Villa is situated in a private and quiet gated community providing both security and tranquility. The 28 ft long pool is south facing and overlooks a picturesque Lake/conservation area. Champions Gate and Reunion are just minutes away. It is situated close to a Publix Supermarket & Shopping Plaza. Restaurants and many Golf courses are just minutes away.
It has easy access to all major highways including I-4, I-27 and I-192. Disney is just 10-15 minutes away. SeaWorld, Wet and Wild & Universal are 20/25 minutes drive. Tampa, Bush gardens, Cocoa & Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center is just an hour’s drive away.
With two master suites this home is perfect for two families vacationing together, or extended families travelling with younger and older members ranging from children to grandparents.
The Family room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, cable TV and video player. Patio doors overlook the pool and deck area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a table seating four people. The formal living and dining area is furnished with a sofa which converts to a double sofa bed, chairs and a large dining table seating six.
The rear down stairs Master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, alarm clock radio, and en-suite bathroom. The front downstairs bedroom has a double bed and adjoining bathroom, it has a large seated shower suitable for use by an elderly/ disabled person.
The upstairs Master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, alarm clock radio, and en-suite bathroom. This room has patio doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the pool, where you can take in views of the lake and watch the sunset.
Two further bedrooms with twin beds share an adjoining en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have cable TV one has DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The key feature of the home is the stunning 28 ft x 12 ft pool and hot tub (heating incurs extra charge), both with underwater lighting, with views of the lake. For your relaxation there is a large patio area that is furnished with sun loungers, a table with four chairs, BBQ set, and a covered lanai to provide some shade. The deck and pool area is fully screened keeping bugs and wild life out, and it is equipped with a removable pool fence for the security of small children.
Optional pool heating in the cooler months is charged at an additional rate.

Very nice condo, with all the essentials and more. Backs right up to a small lake which makes for a far better view out the back than most. We found everything to our liking and the owner and manager were very comitted to making our stay enjoyable - right up to getting Internet access in right before our arrival! Thanks again, we'll be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
