Individual volume controls in each room allow you to enjoy the entire entertainment system throughout the house.
Large sliding glass doors open from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms to the pool so that the distinction from inside to outside disappears. A multi-person shower in the master bedroom opens directly to the pool. Blackout curtains are provided for the living room to enhance your movie experience and in the master bedroom to ensure a good night's sleep. These curtains and the striking polished concrete floors throughout the house keep you cool and comfortable on the hottest desert days. The 3rd bedroom has sliding glass doors (with blackout curtains) that open to a patio.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV & DVD player.
This house comfortably sleeps 6, and the sectional sofa is long enough and wide enough for a couple of friends to crash on. Extra linens are provided to make the sofa cozy.
The backyard is completely private with 6 foot high walls all around, allowing for clothing optional sunbathing and swimming.
Enjoy soaring mountain views from the yard, pool and spa. The pool has an extra-large tanning deck, where you can cool off, bring in your chair to relax and read a book, or just lay back and bask in the sun while bathing in the refreshing cool water. Built into the pool is a 17-foot wide bench where you can sit and stare at the snow capped mountains. The HUGE spa comfortably seats 10.

The house was just as promised. Lawson, the caretaker, met us on our arrival and was available anytime we had a question. The house was sooo relaxing. Morning coffee on the front patio looking at the mountains. During the day the backyard was completely private and quiet. The kitchen is perfect and the gas grill was right out the door. We had to force ourselves to come up with a reason to leave the home. The main strip was a short drive - about 2 minutes - with numerous restaurants to choose from. It was our first time to Palm Springs; we will be back and this is the place I will stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Having lived in Palm Springs for several years before returning to San Francisco, I was able to experience many rental and vacation properties in the area. This is clearly one of the best I’ve seen. We were there for a boy’s weekend over Memorial Day and it could not have been more perfect. The home is spacious, bright, clean, private, and very tastefully furnished -- inside and outside. It was so easy to get into “relaxation mode” shortly after we arrived. The home is conveniently located to downtown and south Palm Springs. The owner and property manager were so thoughtful and pleasant. Everyone in our group agreed we definitely would rent this home again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

It’s a beautiful home, and a great place to chill and escape. The backyard is a wonderful, very private enclosure for sunning and dining outdoors. The spacious kitchen is well equipped. We very much enjoyed the the house-wide music system with the SONOS satellite radio. The master bedroom is large, private, quiet, and the two-person master bath shower was great, too. Finally, it's close to the Warm Sands resorts if you want day passes, and only about a 5 min drive to downtown for dining, shopping, the casino, or the street fair. All in all, an excellent vacation rental.

My partner and I had a fabulous time at this home. It is totally open to the outdoors - like bringing the outside in. The backyard had complete privacy. My only suggestion would pertain to the front door. The house is so open that someone standing at the front door can see all the way into the backyard - something you may not want. If I were to make any change to the house, it would be to put frosted glass in the front door. We loved our time here and we will come again. Perfect location - perfect freedom - perfect location.

This is simply a great house. Well appointed, well laid out, spacious with a huge yard and an amazing pool. The owner and the property manager did their all to ensure a comfortable stay. I would give this place my highest recommendation and will most definitely be coming back!
