  Condo was great - easy location to Disney. Nice layout and very clean. 1 mile to Walmart for grocerys and other things. Clubhouse nice also.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

  My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. There was plenty of room. The hot tub provided a nice relaxing evening to unwind from the exhausting days. The gated community was nice, staff was friendly. The pool was a short walk but was clean, had plenty of room, and a great tiki bar. It was the 4th of July and they had activities for the kids. The communication between the owner/management company was great, very friendly and gave quick responses. We arrived before check in and was albe to get an early check in for a small fee. The price for the condo is unbeatable for all that you get. A hotel doesnt compare, my family and I will go this route for any other vacations we may take. The location was perfect, everything you could need within a short drive. We recieved our deposit back promptly. This condo was recommended by a co-worker and I will continue to recommend it to everyone whose planning a trip to orlando.

  My party and I were very impressed with the property. It clean, centrally located, spacious and provided all the appliances etc we required during our stay. We appreciated the gated community, central office/business center, heated pool and tiki bar. The only critique I would have is that there was no drop off box for the gate key at the end of the stay. You needed to drop it off by 10pm the night before or 8am the morning of departure and for my party that was just not convenient. I would definitely recommend taking advantage of this convenient, affordable, comfortable accomodation to any of my friends.

  We stayed in April 2010 and I would definately go back to this home! It looked like a new model home when we walked in. Everything needed was provided and brand new flat screen TV/DVD in living room and flat screens in two bedrooms upstairs. I couldn't figure out the DVD and I called the management company and he was there in 10 minutes! Very small enjoyable walk to great walk in pool which my daughter loved. On a quite none busy street - very enjoyable vacation! We even stayed an extra day and was very convenient as the booking company was very accessable and also takes credit cards, no checks or contacting some other owner in another country! Lovely home and a great experiance! We plan to be back.

  We had a great stay for the weekend. The condo is in like new condition, very nicely furnished, super clean, has everything you need. The resort itself was so nice, quiet, with lots to do & and a great pool with zero depth for kids, & was't crowded at all. There is a Walmart & every possible restaurant/store within minutes. For the money, you can't beat it! I will never stay in a hotel with my family again! We were so spoiled. Great communication with the booking manager, very nice & helpful. Refunded security deposit very promptly. I highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was clean, and plenty big for our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids). The condo was close enough to all the parks (Disney, Hollywood, Universal) that the trip home at night was a breeze. The interface with the owner was seamless, honest, and prompt. We especially liked being able to pay with credit card, as that made it even simpler. We found everything to our liking, will recommend it to friends, and stay there again when we return! Thanks!
