This multi-million dollar Beachfront home has over 3,100 spacious square feet of living space. The 6 bedrooms and 5 baths (plus a dry heat sauna) surround the large courtyard and pool creating a very unique and private layout. This home is the perfect gathering place for friends and family to enjoy an amazing experience together without having the hassle of renting out numerous hotel rooms.
Located on the World Renowned Kailua Beach, this home’s location is unsurpassed. At the end of our private street of just 10 homes, you will find our Beachfront Retreat with our own private beach access that is unknown to even many of the locals. With 100 feet of your own private beachfront access and white sand at your feet, paradise is found.
Island Activities
Every outdoor activity in the Hawaiian Islands can be found on Oahu. Go sport fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling and much more. Watch cliff diving and Polynesian cultural shows at Waimea Bay Park, visit the Polynesian Cultural Center, experience the world's largest maze at the Dole Pineapple Plantation, tour Pearl Harbor or just layout and unwind on the beach.
Honolulu
Oahu is the only one of Hawaii's islands which enjoys the convenience of a beautiful and thriving modern city: Honolulu. Honolulu boasts more world-class entertainment, dining, shopping and nightlife than all of the other islands combined. Practically every outdoor activity imaginable takes place in and around this city. Waikiki, perhaps one of the world's most famous beaches, Hanauma Bay with its majestic coral reef, Pearl Harbor, where one of history's most famous battles took place, and the fortress-mountain of Diamond Head are only a few of the exciting locales situated in or in close proximity to this magnificent island city. Of course, relaxing peacefully on the beach, you would never realize that Honolulu shares the Island with you and is less than 20 mins away.
About Oahu
The Pacific island of Oahu, our personal favorite among the Hawaiian Islands, is where all our Hawaii vacation homes are located. You can drive the coast of the entire island in about two and a half hours. Most of the population is concentrated in Honolulu. A common misconception about Oahu is that if you stay on Oahu you will be staying in Honolulu (or a big city) and you won't be able to enjoy the 'outer island experience.' This couldn't be further from the truth. Oahu has more beautiful and secluded beaches than Maui and you can stay right on the beach in one of our homes. Nowhere else in Hawaii, or almost anywhere for that matter, can you enjoy a private home on a remote, tropical beach as little as twenty minutes from the world class restaurants, nightlife, shopping and entertainment of Honolulu.

We had 3 generations of our family staying in this beautiful home for my 60th birthday celebration. Everyone loved this quiet, roomy home with the most glorious beach right out the back door. The sunrise views from the living room and master bedroom were amazing. The main living area is HUGE which makes it perfect for families. We never felt crowded. Four of the bedrooms are not directly connected to the main house (you must enter through the pool area) so it was a little concerning at first with small children. But it worked out great and everyone felt like they had a private section of the house. We thought we would have to buy beach and pool toys for the kids, but there were plenty at the house already.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

The house proved perfect for my family reunion, and everyone is anxious to return. The outside entrances to some bedrooms afforded an extra measure of privacy, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, flatware, dishes, and cooking pots. The wine cooler and extra refrigerator was much appreciated. A suggestion of more trash cans and recycle bins is recommended. kbfRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Our second stay here was 6 months longs. It seemed like only 6 weeks. The house features a well furnished generous floor plan with great feng shui and a stunning ocean view. It sit on a fabulous beach that is also a world class set up for windsurfing and kite surfing. When the trade winds are blowing, this place "rocks". Launching through the shore break in front is for advanced sailors only. Kailua Beach Park close by, provides a safe alternative. The house is located in the "Castle" area of Kailua Bay that is also a great surfing spot. In a nutshell, we like the property and the people who run the rental outfit it is part of. We will be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This beautiful home is the best deal in Hawaii. You won't find a better price for a beachfront rental property anywhere. You're just steps away from the ocean and minutes from shops, grocery stores, and downtown Kailua. The house easily accommodates 10-12 people and would be perfect for four, five, or six couples.
