Large studio flat right in the heart of the left bank. Close to Ile de la Cite. Just two blocks from the Metro. Well maintained and great for a family of 4. Bakeries and restaurants conveniently located along with a Carrefour. Excellent agents to work with. Would definitely rent this again.

Everything about this property was as described in the rental listing - it's very comfortable, clean, well maintained and equipped. The rental agent that met me upon arrival was very helpful and had lots of great information about Paris and the surrounding neighborhood. My only issue with the property in an area with a lot of nightlife. At times the noise from the surrounding cafe's was quite loud and could be heard inside the apartment...even with the windows closed. If you're a light sleeper be warned.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment at Rue Dauphine - the apartment is great, had all that we needed and the location was excellent. You can walk to many of the great sights, little shops, cafés, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance, the area was great, exactly how you imagine Paris to be! We can very much recommend this apartment and will hopefully be visiting again.Jesper and claudia, Copenhagen, Denmark

We had a brilliant week at Dauphine. The facilites are fantastic, and the apartment has all you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect - major attractions are within walking distance; tourist buses and batobus stops are close by; shops, restaurants and bars and nearby and the lively atmosphere is a delight to come back to. The apartment, and the wider neighbourhood, feels safe and secure. We would definately use the apartment again if we were returnng to Paris; and would recommend it whole heartedly to our friends. Thank you!

My husband & I loved the place! It was the perfect location in Paris! The convenient bike rack around the corner (as well as the close by Metro stop & so many sites just walking distance away) made transportation so easy. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, & exactly all we needed for our trip. We would highly recommend the apartment & Paris Rental Connections to everyone!

Hello everyone!. We stayed in the apartment in Dauphine for one week with our children. The location was great and we felt very comfortable. The agent, Shelley, was very nice and efficient in her explanations. We would choose the same lodging for our future visits to this wonderful city.

Our visit to Paris was exceptional due to our Dauphine Apartment Rental! It was close to the Metro, the market nearby was excellent for grocery shopping. The Apartment is updated with a quality kitchen, the Murphy Bed was very comfortable and most of all we felt safe leaving our belongings in the apt. while traveling around Paris. The owner thought of everything, including a cart for groceries and a umbrella for rainy days. Michele thank you for your assistance answering our questions. We will definitely visit Paris again and contact Home Rental Connections for our next Apartment rental!

As I travel for business to Paris 2 times a year, i am quite familar with 3 star hotels in the area of St. Germain. this apartment has it all over any of the ones I have stayed in.The location is great with bars and resturants in walking distance. The apartment is quite comfortable for 2 adults beign at least twice the size of any 3 star hotel rooms. It is very cute in terms of it decor and the bathroom is great with a real american type shower( no guess work regarding a hose or cut off glass door.) The full kitchen makes for an easy breakfast before departing for a day of sight seeing or shopping. I will hope that this apartment is availble for my next trip. I could move right in.

We are a family of 4 and have just returned from a great 10-day stay at Rue Dauphine. The apartment has been wonderfully and carefully renovated – each detail has been thoughtfully considered and designed in such a way to provide for comfortable, efficient living. Even with 4 persons, 2 of whom are teenage boys, we found the space very livable – we did not get in each other’s way, having enough separate space when needed. The bunk beds are recessed in a wall area so the teenagers could retreat to their bunks, or gather around in the sitting area to watch TV or read during “down-time” in the apartment. Having the WC and the luxurious bathroom separately located in opposite ends of the apartment also enhanced its livability, providing additional privacy. Also, the apartment’s location is ideal, with numerous attractions, shops, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. For trips further afield, the Odeon metro stop is only a short block down the street. We would highly recommend Rue Dauphine for families who enjoy sharing the adventure of traveling together and look forward to returning.

I was a bit leary to rent something online, but your company made it a pleasant experience. More importantly, the apartment was just as it was presented. It is in a FANTASTIC location...close to major sights and metro stations as well as lovely restaurants. Our kids loved the bunk-beds. This apartment is a perfect choice for a family of four. Having a washer was great. We would definitely stay there again. We loved Paris and having this great apartment to stay in only added to our lovely experience. Thank You.

Hi Michele - We had a great week and great weather. Very hot but the two ceiling fans kept the apartment nice and cool especially for sleeping. Talk about location! Step out the front door and you are right in the middle of Parisian culture and life. It was great. We didn't sleep much the first two nights because of the noise but that's not a reflection on the apartment, the rest of Paris didn't sleep either as we happened to hit the summer music festival June 21/22 and there were people and music filling the streets all night. Don't know if/when we will be back in Paris but we will be looking you up again if we are. Having our own cooking washing facilities really helped to cut down the cost of living also. Cheers!!!

My wife and I recently stayed in this apartment and we both agreed it was terrific. The apartment itself, while often described as compact, is nonetheless two to four times the size of typical hotel rooms in the latin quarter. It was very nice to have the apartment to come back to to eat lunch, take a nap, etc. and not feel cramped as we would have in a hotel. The amenities in the apartment were all more than adequate, with a very nice kitchen area, a bathroom with a stand-up shower that always had plenty of hot water, cable TV and wifi. As we lacked the benefit of a hotel concierge, the laptop I brought was handy for finding answers to our questions (when is this museum open, etc). Our sole problem was a lack of understanding of the washing machine, which was rectified that same day by an HRC representative who got us on our way to clean socks. It should also be noted that the location of this apartment is ideal - the neighborhood is wonderful with ample restaurants, cafes, shops, and even a small supermarket with very reasonable prices. It makes it very easy to stay in for a meal or two to save on expenses. I felt that by being in this neighborhood, we had the benefit of the true Parisian experience, much more than we would have at a hotel. You can walk to numerous attractions and museums from this apartment, though there are also two metro stops nearby. The pictures accurately represent the apartment, so if you think it looks appealing, then I assure you it is. Also, we didn’t hear much noise, other than the morning trash or delivery trucks, and found the bed comfortable. I would recommend the agency, this apartment, and the Rue Bici neighborhood. In all, we had a truly wonderful experience.

Hello, Michele, back home again, we must say one more big thank you for spending a wonderful week in Paris on the best place possible! Our family with two children felt extremly comfortable thank to functionality and comfortness of the apartment on such a little space! It's so easy to consider "Dauphine" a second home, and we surely accepted it as such. I'm sure we will remember you frequently, and especially whenever we decide to come back in Paris! The neighbourhood is perfect in every way, and I especially enjoyed breakfasts or just morning coffee at Paul. A big hello and thanks goes also to Alex, your agent, who's very nice, and it was a big pleasure dealing with you both, her in Paris as much as you through net. Thanks again from the whole family Kezele

Your Paris apartment is great! Talk about location, location, location! It was perfect and it’s going to be my new “home” whenever I am in Paris. You did a wonderful job remodeling the place. It feels much bigger than it is and the flexible function of the furnishings is brilliant. Love the shower. My friend enjoyed it, too, so I think you have another new customer

My girlfriend and i enjoyed staying in Rue Dauphine very much. It was in an ideal location, right in the centre, and is situated on a lovely, stereotypically parisian street, with bars and cafe's on the doorstep. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
