Azure has what every beach vacation seeker is hoping for…a private home with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico! It is conveniently located at 2590 E County Highway 30A, Seaside, FL, 32459, just a short walk to the new “V” restaurant and Seaside.
Azure has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably. From the covered parking area for 2 vehicles, the main floor opens to the hallway with a half bath, the master bedroom, the queen guest bedroom and ends at the open kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a king bed with full bath and access to the patio/pool area that overlooks the Gulf. The first guest room has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the other guest room that has two twin beds. This home has a large open living area with tasteful beach décor, a fireplace, flat screen TV, and stereo system. Connected to the living area is the dining area with a table for 6 and 2 more stools at the kitchen bar.
Azure’s upstairs loft area hosts the fourth bedroom with a built in full bed. The lounge area has a large sofa that also can double for sleeping area if arranged right, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a desk with Wi-Fi.
Azure’s backyard is a large open newly replaced deck with an in ground private pool(not heated), lounge chairs, a table and 2 grills. Direct flights are available from the new Panama City Beach (ECP) airport (only 20 minutes away). The Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) is now flying direct from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando also! Remember to ask about available airport transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 5% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

Hear ur baby monitor from the beach! Bring ur 4 legged friends and never want to leave the house! Spectacular views! Nice pool, grill and family space... Beautifully decorated without being stuffy. Small but adequate kitchen... And a pantry with a view! Covered parking and laundry... I couldn't think of any reason to leave... But my kids walked to the restaurants and bars in Seaside. I would highly recommend this home away from home!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great trip and still can't get over the great location and FANTASTIC view. We loved the pool also and can't wait for our return trip next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
