Azure has what every beach vacation seeker is hoping for…a private home with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico! It is conveniently located at 2590 E County Highway 30A, Seaside, FL, 32459, just a short walk to the new “V” restaurant and Seaside.
Azure has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably. From the covered parking area for 2 vehicles, the main floor opens to the hallway with a half bath, the master bedroom, the queen guest bedroom and ends at the open kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a king bed with full bath and access to the patio/pool area that overlooks the Gulf. The first guest room has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the other guest room that has two twin beds. This home has a large open living area with tasteful beach décor, a fireplace, flat screen TV, and stereo system. Connected to the living area is the dining area with a table for 6 and 2 more stools at the kitchen bar.
Azure’s upstairs loft area hosts the fourth bedroom with a built in full bed. The lounge area has a large sofa that also can double for sleeping area if arranged right, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a desk with Wi-Fi.
Azure’s backyard is a large open newly replaced deck with an in ground private pool, lounge chairs, a table and 2 grills. Relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the amazing sunsets or host a BBQ dinner that you’ll never forget. Give LiveWell a call to set up your beach bonfire at sunset!

Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 3.9% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.

Hear ur baby monitor from the beach! Bring ur 4 legged friends and never want to leave the house! Spectacular views! Nice pool, grill and family space... Beautifully decorated without being stuffy. Small but adequate kitchen... And a pantry with a view! Covered parking and laundry... I couldn't think of any reason to leave... But my kids walked to the restaurants and bars in Seaside. I would highly recommend this home away from home!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great trip and still can't get over the great location and FANTASTIC view. We loved the pool also and can't wait for our return trip next year!
