Looking for a serene, relaxing vacation get away? From the moment you walk in you will be greeted by high end furnishings and costal décor that will wash all the stresses of the day away.
We’d like to welcome you to our FAMILY ORIENTED, non-smoking, waterfront condo at Miramar Condominiums. You will find us right off HWY 5 (Niangua arm at Mile Marker 3.5).
When you arrive, you will not have to wait for an elevator or climb multiple flights of steps to get to the front door. This condominium is just a level up from the parking lot, great for bringing in groceries or carrying in your gear. The living room, private covered screened in balcony, and the master bedroom suite all overlook the breathtaking views of the beautiful lake.
Take a leisurely stroll on the lake-side paved walkway that leads from the condo to fishing, the boat dock, and the pool (which offers a gorgeous elevated view of the lake). The COMPLIMENTARY BOAT SLIP, accommodating boats 12 feet by 32 feet, is equipped with water and electricity. Our boat slip has several crappie beds and white bass love to run in front of the boat dock. Also, don’t forget to bring your catfish poles!! Excellent area to Fish!!
This waterfront, 2-bedroom (Sleeps 6), 2-bathroom fully furnished condo has a magnificent views overlooking the Lake. Amenities include the following:
Kitchen - Open breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer for your convenience, coffeemaker, toaster, and all cooking utensils.
Dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 4. Highchair(s) are available upon request.
Covered deck is equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture, lighted palm tree, paddle fan, beach towel rack and radio with iPod hookup.
Living Room: Spacious costal decor living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, plush chair, two end tables w/lamps, coffee table, satellite, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and electric fireplace.
Master bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, two night stands, dual lamps, alarm clock and ceiling fan. The master bath features dual sinks and tub/shower combination.
Second bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp.
Second Bath: Walk-in shower, vanity, and pocket door to the second bedroom.
There is something here for everyone. Some of the greatest restaurants and night clubs on the lake are accessible by both land and/or water. You haven't experienced the Lake of the Ozarks until you go on an extended relaxing night ride with friends and family under the moon and stars.
But....if a relaxing dinner in is for you, dine outside on the screened in balcony under the lighted palm tree. Feel the comforts of the Lake breeze and the palm leaf paddle fan. Wal-Mart and Woods Supermarket are just minutes away to get all your menu items.
Lake of the Ozarks attractions offer an endless list of things to do and see, for both the first-time and return visitor. Explore the outdoors at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, or spend a day at some of our fun filled attractions: Big Surf, The Osage Beach Outlet Mall, specialty shops, boating, parasailing, etc...

The listing accurately described the Amenities of this Condominium Unit. Location on the lake was excellent, especially considering we had other members staying further down the Niangua Arm of the lake which is less busy. Not certain how suitable it is for young children since Dining Area is carpeted. However, it was nice to have a washer/dryer available. The available boat slip was a plus although a description of which one was connected to the unit would have been useful. The property was clean and well maintained. Check out is 11am and precise as the housekeepers arrived at 10:55am. Also, check out instructions ask that you do the laundry (sheets/towels) in addition to loading the dishwasher and taking out the trash which is unusual. The owner did respond promptly to emails during the stay which helped answer our questions while we were there. Unfortunately, following our stay communication was lacking as the deposit was not returned. When we inquired (6 weeks after leaving), the owners apparently were confused about the condition in which it was left and alleged we had "trashed" the place. This was the only unfortunate aspect of our vacation and first time this occurred using VRBO.

Owner response: We were not confused about the way the condo was left. The carpets in the dining room and the living room were stained. Even after having the cleaning people use a rug doctor the stains are still there. Our mattress pad in our 2nd bedroom was removed and missing. Our rules state that you have to be out by 11:00 am so the cleaning can be done for the next renters. They did not leave till after 3:00 so our cleaning people had to wait and we were charged an extra rate. We have never had anyone leave our condo in this condition. Very disappointed.

This was the best ever rental condo my husband and I have ever had at the Lake of the Ozarks there was peace and quite and the fishing was great . The condo it's self was very clean and the decor matched the lake view and was so peaceful. There's a screen in porch and we sat outside with out the bugs buzzing around us and that was a very pleasant feeling. The veiw from the bedroom is looking out toward the lake which was pretty nice, the people are very friendley and I would recomend this condo every time we can go back, it's just to awesome . The owner's are very sweet and answer all our questions . If your a young couple with children thats small there are cribs in the extra bedroom and that would be a very big plus for those who have small kids. The pictures on this site are great but to see it in person is better , very clean and you have everything there that you need. I would recommened there condo to everyone who enjoys boating , fishing, and just to have a very peaceful and romatic get away and to have fun all at the same time . There is also a pool there that when we were there was not crowded at all and very clean . I will be renting this condo again in the near future . YOU WON"T GO WRONG IN RENTING THIS CONDO.I would like to thank the owners for thie wonderful time we had .Thank You So Much.

Why the Owner Chose Camdenton:
We have enjoyed the lake for many years and had always stayed at a resort close to where our condo is now. Fishing, boating and eating at all the great restaurants is something we really enjoy. So when the Miramar Condo complex was under construction we knew we had to have one. It has been some of the best times our family has had getting together on the lake. Our twin girls love the lake and want to come every chance they can. We feel this place has made us closer as a family and we tend to spend more time with each other.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Taking the boat out for a night ride is one of our favorite things to do. This is a great way to end the day and unwind.
