This wonderful ranch is just across the street from the Cape Cod Canal. It is about a half mile walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable offering 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 living rooms. 2 different seating areas. Central AC will make your summer stay so comfortable. In 1 living room there is a pullout sofa bed. Linens and towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer on the premises. Enjoy the backyard deck with gas grill. The house has Internet connection, both wired and wireless, a DVD player and flat screen TV in the master bedroom as well as a 36in TV with DVD/VCR combo in the living room. Close to biking along the Cape Cod Canal, easy to get to ferries for a day trip to the Vineyard, easy to get to as you drive onto the Cape via the Bourne Bridge, you'll be just about 3 miles from your summer relaxation.
