Gulf View Villa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico....Unit is on the top floor of a 4 story building. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This unit includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that are set up daily at no additional cost for our guests. Unit sleeps 10 adults in beds. 2 car maximum and bike rack provided also. This is a gated complex that offers privacy and seclusion. Unit is located within walking distance of Rosemary Beach which has shopping, restaurants, bike rentals, spa, etc. Tennis is available through the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. Located about 15 miles from Panama City Beach and 40 miles from Desitin, FL; only about 5 miles to Seaside, FL.

This was our second year staying at The Villas of Sunset Beach, but the first in this wonderful unit. The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Everyone in our family agreed this was the best condo we have ever stayed in, with an amazing view as well. We will definitely be back, and Mrs. Forrester was fabulous to work with, and made it a breeze to rent her fabulous condo. We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We love this location on Hwy 30-A. Great floor plan. Well stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Amazing gulf view! Can't wait to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
