Be one of the first to vacation in this brand new home. Previous home had excellent rental history with many happy vacationers. This year we decided to expand our home to accommodate more vacationing families. We tore down the old home and have built a new 3000 square foot 6 bedroom 3 bath home for vacationers to enjoy. This is a perfect spot for a family vacation/family reunion. The home can accomodate sleeping upto 21 people in beds. It is located at 63 Webber Rd. York Maine. Only 3/10ths of a mile from Long Sands Beach, 5 min. stroll. At the end of the street is long sands beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches around. At this point you have an incredible view of the famous Nubble Light House to the left. Enjoy hot summer days sitting on the sand or riding the waves. The trolley stops at the end of the street to pick you up and take you to several destinations in York.
This brand new home has an open living concept. You enter the home to a large kitchen family room combo. The large kitchen has all of the amenities you would want for a home including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and separate beverage refridgerator in a island that seats 4. The large kitchen table accomadates 8-10. Overflow eating is located at the granite pub table which holds upto 8.. Connected to the kitchen is a spacious living area with leather sectional and 55' flat screen television.
The house has 6 large bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bath off of the living area. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for a pack and play if needed. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and bath with washer/dryer. One of the bedrooms not only has a queen bed but also a set of bunkbeds. That room is plenty big enough for a family of 4 to spend your vacation in. Plenty of room for luggage. The 2nd floor also has a small sitting room that has a couich and overstuffed chair to relax and read or watch tv in. The sitting room leads out to an open deck. The 2nd floor also has a screened in porch that can be accessed by either the open deck or an attached bedroom. The sitting room has a small mini fridge for easy access to beverages while being on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a large sitting room on the 3rd floor before the bedroom that has a large couch, tv, dvd player and twin size bed. The 3rd story also has a large bathroom.
Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, beach chairs, bocci, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, lobster crackers and pokers, coffee maker, keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen and 2nd floor sitting room. full kitchen set up.
We are located across the street from the tennis courts, bike park and track at the high school so there are plenty of activities to enjoy but we are separated by woods so you don't see any of it. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Our group of 23 people (5 families) with very young kids to elders was in WOW of this place. This place had everything that you need for a getaway. The weather was awful for the first part of our trip and we had to stay indoors a lot and this wonderful place made it all seem as no big deal. The dining area, kitchen, patio were fantastic for the whole group to hang out. Once the weather got better we explored the area and the place is so conveniently located from everything and we did not have to drive far to get to places. I highly recommend it for any large group.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I loved it. A ton of room and beautiful modern features. A huge kitchen and eating area for everyone to hang around in. Spaces to get away and spend some private time as well. Just a short walk to Long Sands Beach. What a great stay. We rented this house this past weekend for the entire wedding party + dates. It was everything we hoped for and more-- we fit in 21 people, the neighbors were so nice to us, and everything about the house was gorgeous, from the design (we could have people hanging out downstairs while still having enough quiet in floors 2 and 3 for people to sleep) to the appliances to the comfy beds. With only 3 bathrooms, sometimes there was a bit of a rush for them in the mornings, but overall it was perfect. Really close to the beach, too, though the weather didn't really cooperate! All of us being able to stay together in such fabulous accommodations really made the weekend special, and the price was much more reasonable than other homes in the area. Highly, highly recommended!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I spent our summer vacation here and we were so happy with it. The house is just beautiful! We are already planning to rent it for next year. You can tell that this house has had some serious improvements...the sky lights really brighten the place up with natural sunlight. It's really close to the beach, but not too close where you have a milllion people walking by at all times of the day. One of our favorite things was the gorgeous outdoor shower (which looks like it's brand new). I'm sure we will be all of our summer vacations here. York Maine is an extremely kid friendly vacation spot. York wild animal amusement park is less than 2 miles from the property. Sort sands beach, which is less than 2 mi away, contains a fenced in playground, quaint shops, restaurants and a bowling alley. A trolley which picks up at the end of our street can take you to all destinations around York for $1.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
we enjoy having fun filled days of boogie boarding or making sand castles in the sun. we then love to get ice cream up the street in the afternoon with the kids. the best part is after a fun filled day at the beach making the kids a pizza for dinner and my husband and I taking a walk down the beach to have dinner just the 2 of us. Our house is close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away from the commotion of the beach to have quiet privacy when it is wanted.
