My husband and I stayed here for a week while we explored nearby Glacier National Park. Beautiful bed and breakfast home about 4 miles from the town of Browning. Very friendly owners/family, good breakfast every morning, use of refrigerators and kitchen for cooking, packing lunches for the day, etc., laundry facilities are an extra bonus. All private rooms with private baths. And yes, driving up to the house we were worried, outside is a work in progress, but everything inside was perfect. My husband and I couldn't have found a better place to stay as our base for Glacier National Park (which is spectacular)! Our hosts were so accommodating and everything was very clean and comfortable. The rooms even have their own thermostats! Being close to the park was very convenient too. We especially enjoyed the panoramic views of the mountains from the common areas of the house, and our room (Prairie Room) also had a wonderful window view of the pasture and a peek at the mountains. Breakfast was great and they even sent us off on our last day with wrapped burritos! Stay here and rest peacefully while you explore the Glacier area. We plan to return!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The old saying was never truer than the Rocky MountIn Inn. My first impression as I was about to negotiate the rutted dirt road, and wooden boardwalk, was what have I gotten myself into? But to enter the front door is to enter a spotlessly clean, delightfully furnished, welcoming environment. I'd return in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This was an excellent value and choice to stay for the two days I was here! The owners are warm, friendly and full of knowledge about the area, and the rooms were beautiful, well appointed and extremely comfortable. This is a great stepping-off place if you want to visit Glacier Park and have a relaxing sleep afterward. There is a large living space where you can relax and watch TV, read a book, eat a wonderful breakfast prepared by the hostess, or visit with the other people staying there if you want. There is wi-fi available (which is nice, since you won't have internet or cell service in Glacier Park!) and views in any direction are unbelievable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
