We love this place!
You will love the quiet location. You feel off the beaten path while being close to it all. Sit on the front porch and watch the kids play in the grass, or fish in the lake while looking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
We have actually parked the car and not moved it for the whole week. You can walk to near by restaurants, bike paths along the Gulf of Mexico, fishing, as well as golf, and tennis are all within the confines of Seascape Resort.
Our condo is the ground floor right hand side of a four unit building surrounded by shade trees and lovely gardens. Many times we are the only family in the building. We like to think the people who stay in the near by high-rise condos a jealous when they see what they could have had.

We rented this condo from the owner (extremely fast response and very receptive!) for a week. This is a VERY NICE condo for a really GREAT PRICE and extremely relaxing and quiet!! Out of the patio door is golf, fishing (ponds all over the golf course), a short walk to the beach (or private parking just across the street from the beach). Nice golf course. GREAT Fishing! Several pools to choose from within a couple of minutes walking. Pet friendly (we took our dog and are very grateful for his company)! Way too close to outlet mall shopping!!!! Outlet mall about 5 minutes away driving. Also has washer and dryer just outside of frontdoor available for extended stays. Overall, we both highly recommend this property to any couple or family of 4-6. Thanks for a great week and we look forward to returning!!! We arrived Jan 13, 2012 and stayed until March 1, 2012. The villa was very nice and has a GREAT view. The villa was clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive. We were only a 5 minute walk to the gulf. The golf course was well maintained and was a fun course to play. Plenty of good places to eat close by. We enjoyed long walks around the villa area and people were very friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and we would love to come back and stay in this villa again.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I bought this condo to be close to family and friends. We grew up in the surrounding area of Northwest FL and South AL. We currently live and work in Atlanta, GA and get away to the Gulf Coast as often as possible.
