After a wonderful day of skiing or golf you can relax in the spacious home with a wonderful view of the continental divide and setting sun! And then after dinner don't forget to take a soothing hot tub under the stars!

The main level of this tastefully furnished, non-smoking house features a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and gorgeous granite countertops. The open floor plan includes a dining area plus the great room with hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and the woodburning stone fireplace. A more private area of the main level includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, full bathroom, and a TV room with two full-size futon sofa sleepers.

The lower level of this newer home features a master bedroom suite with king-size bed, full bathroom, laundry room, mudroom, and attached heated one-car garage. In the upstairs, skylights abound in the large additional master bedroom with a king-size bed and ceiling fan. Why the Owner Chose Tabernash

We chose this house because it is perfectly located between the Winter Park ski area, Solvista ski area, and Pole Creek Golf course.

The Unique Benefits at this Home

We especially enjoy the morning sun and views off the deck. The southern exposed great room allows the sun to warm the house even when it's cold outside and the views of Winter Park ski area in the distance and Sheep Mountain to the north is breath taking.

We are from Chicago and have always loved coming to the mountains to ski and visit the beautiful national parks. I (Dave) live in Boulder (Steve and Dorian continue to live in Chicago) and we enjoy sharing this sunny beautiful home with friends and family.
