After a wonderful day of skiing or golf you can relax in the spacious home with a wonderful view of the continental divide and setting sun! And then after dinner don't forget to take a soothing hot tub under the stars!
The main level of this tastefully furnished, non-smoking house features a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and gorgeous granite countertops. The open floor plan includes a dining area plus the great room with hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and the woodburning stone fireplace. A more private area of the main level includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, full bathroom, and a TV room with two full-size futon sofa sleepers.
The lower level of this newer home features a master bedroom suite with king-size bed, full bathroom, laundry room, mudroom, and attached heated one-car garage. In the upstairs, skylights abound in the large additional master bedroom with a king-size bed and ceiling fan. A full bathroom compliments this amazing upstairs layout (you can also see stunning views of the Continental Divide from this room!).

We chose this house because it is perfectly located between the Winter Park ski area, Solvista ski area, and Pole Creek Golf course.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We especially enjoy the morning sun and views off the deck. The southern exposed great room allows the sun to warm the house even when it's cold outside and the views of Winter Park ski area in the distance and Sheep Mountain to the north is breath taking.

We are from Chicago and have always loved coming to the mountains to ski and visit the beautiful national parks. I (Dave) live in Boulder (Steve and Dorian continue to live in Chicago) and we enjoy sharing this sunny beautiful home with friends and family.

House was perfect for our family winter trip. 1st floor is set up with lots of hooks for winter gear & large washer & dryer. 2nd floor is warm & cozy with a beautiful wood fireplace stocked with lots of wood. large windows facing the Winterpark ski slopes. Neighbors are far enough away to feel like you are on the mountain alone. 3rd floor has a master bedroom & bath which we did not use. Driveway is on a slope which was great for our kids to go sledding outside the door. Note-you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the snow. Luckily the rental place had upgraded us to a 4WD Suburban. It started sliding sideways so we pushed the 4WD button & had no problems. House is a good location - between the Winterpark slopes and Grand Lake --- two great places to see. PS. For Families - go sledding at Winterpark; center town has a sled hill and nice playground & Fraser Tubing Hill - Very steep & fast but our 2 yr old and 3-1/2 year old went on our lap & loved it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
