  Just wanted to leave another great review this wonderful condo and accommodating host. The location is perfect, with a great neighborhood at your doorstep. I'm always happy to return to Vancouver, which continues to delight and amaze. The city's downtown core is not that large, so it's easy to get to Gastown pubs or Yaletown restaurants, take the ferry to Granville Island, and even grab some dim sum, available for take out at the supermarket downstairs. The unit is modern and elegant, with views that speak for themselves. Finally, the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. This is a great place to stay in one of the world's great cities.

  Had an easy time working with the the owner on reserving condo and entry/exit of the unit. Located in the east side of downtown Vancouver with an easy walk to everything but, more importantly, steps from the SkyTrain. Saw 6 people in the building the entire time we were there. Used attached fitness gym & pool area daily. Unit was comfortable, contemporary and clean. View was spectacular. Will definitely look at staying next time we are in the area. Thanks, Jim.

  Jim's condo is even better than it looks on the site! Modern, immaculate, way comfy beds, views from every room across False Creek, south Vancouver skyline - it does not get any better than this! Secure parking and building, a short block from the water taxi and easy access from Pacific Street make this a perfect base for exploring Vancouver. We will return to this easy get away from Seattle.

  This place is not only beautiful but so conveniently located to getting around Vancouver. My husband and I, our son and his wife, our toddler granddaughter as well as my sister stayed for a very busy week, attending our elder son's wedding. As total strangers to this area, we found this condo perfect in just about every way. Little things mean a lot when you are traveling. The unit is very well thought out in even small details, like the pocket door providing privacy for someone talking on the phone or on the computer in the solarium. The beds were really comfy; ample closets had drawers and places for shoes. Our Master bath had a big soaker tub which I loved. The fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas all look out onto stunning views of False Creek. The furnishings are Ikea/ kid friendly. I am a swimmer and used the immaculate 25 meter pool and hot tub every day. This unit is convenient to everything: a few steps out the front door to Costco, the Skytrain, across the street from False Creek and the ferries which take you to Granville Island; easy walking distance to Science World, a must stop for kids. We had a car but found Skytrain, ferries and walking a better way to get around and get to know the city. Jim and his wife were very responsive to our questions and went out of their way in accommodating some additional needs. We highly recommend this condo.

  Four of us stayed here (2 couples) for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The condo is well furnished and extremely comfortable for 2 couples. It has parking, security and wifi. It is in a great location with an excellent view, we would surely stay here again. Thanks again Jim and Cindy! Regards, Ian

  My wife and I stayed here for one week (Sept 12th thro 19th 2011). The first thing that struck us was how clean all the rooms and bathrroms are - this indicates that the owner is highly attentive to clients. Secondly the codnod is extremely well laid out with very comfortable bed. There is everthing you will need from cable TV to laundry machines and (my personal fav) two full sized baths !. The owner is very personable and as a previous post states you will feel very safe. The sky train is very close by and we used it to get back from the Waterfront or Robson Street / Downtown shops (hand for carrying shopping bags!). All in all I would have no hesitation in reccomending this place to couples and families alike.

  Just enjoyed 4 wonderful days in this fabulous city and could not have been more pleased with our choice of accommodates...This condo has a beautiful view from every room and provided all that we needed. It was centrally located so we were able to walk or ride the bus almost everywhere we went. We also felt very safe as we even had to have a keypad to punch a specific floor on the elevator. The owner was terrific to work with we would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

  My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this amazing condo for a second time in three months. The stunning views and terrific location keep us coming back, this time with friends instead of our children. The owners are very accommodating and go out of their way to ensure the place is immaculate and well equipped for our stay. There are endless activities close by as well as the conveniently located sky train for those events not within walking distance. I recommend this condo to anyone; families, friends, all age groups. Especially those who appreciate amazing views, convenient location and a modern well equipped accommodation.

  A friend and I stayed at Jim and Cindy's beautiful condo for 2 weeks in fall of 2010. I cannot say enough about the condos and the owners. The condo is stylish and tasteful in every way. The view is breathtaking. We loved walking in after work every day! Jim and Cindy were so helpful and kind. Decent gym and pool/hottub/sauna in the adjacent building. Laundry in the unit. GORGEOUS, HUGE master bedroom. Location is prime- close to everything. Literally across the road from Rogers Arena, we went to 2 Canucks games. A short walk to Robson/Granville shopping. If you don't like walking, a very short cab ride. Starbucks, dessert shop, pharmacy, grocery store, etc, etc, at your doorstep. A short walk to the tugboat stop which will take you to charming Granville Island. We had an amazing 2 weeks in Vancouver, a large contributing factor was this fabulous condo. I dream of the day I can return!

  My family of three really enjoyed this condo. It is very clean, modern and convenient to everything. We had a car, but the sky train is only a block away. We used our car for Grouse Mountain, Stanley Park and a night up in Whistler. Otherwise we walked everywhere. There are bike paths all over Vancouver, and that is also a great way to see the city. We loved the convenience and space of the condo, not to mention the beautiful view! We would definitely rent this condo again.
