  All in all, it was a GREAT time. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach staff was professional and exceptionally helpful. Would certainly reccomend going back and booking through Paramout again.

  The house was as described and pictured which is always a good sign. In a location where we had a back view and lots of good areas for walking.The young adults loved the hot tub and pool amenities. My husband loved many TV's for football viewing.The only drawbacks for which there are no remedies were the traffic noise from Rt 12 and rain every day. I would enjoy renting this property in in the future if we plan another vacation on the Outer Banks.

  So Relaxing and Quiet... On the Course is a beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Paramount Destinations was wonderful to work with; they could not have done more!

  "On the Course" was much more than par for the course!..."On the Course" was our first rental house in the Outer Banks. The house was not only beautifully decorated, but immaculate upon arrival. We were very pleased with the linens provided and the comfort of all of the the beds. Our overall experience as first-time renters was exceptional! We would definitely like to rent in the area again.

  We have rented many homes in various locations throughout the US and therefore have worked with many different rental companies. Working with Paramount was by far the best experience we have ever had with a rental company. From the very start of our rental everything that was scheduled to take place occurred as described. In addition, when we were in the property we had several small issues and the response from Paramount was fantastic! I cannot say enough how pleased we were with the property and Paramount's assistance. Holly did a fantastic job and if she wasn't available the staff responded promptly and professionally. Many companies say they are committed to service but don't deliver. Paramount delivered in a big way! We really enjoyed the home we stayed in, the golf community, and we would definitely rent through Paramount in the future! We are looking forward to returning to the OB sometime in the future. Thank you for your service and helping us to have such a great time in Corolla!

  The house has plenty of room for two families, and a few others that came to stay a night or two during the week. The screened in porches were wonderful and large, we sat outside most evenings. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Although the house does not have a private pool, one of the community pools was with in walking distance, and there was never anyone else there! It was great. We really enjoyed our week in this home, and look forward to returning soon. <br/>
